Great Experience! - This was a great tour! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and accommodating. Our kids really enjoyed it as well. It was nice to be able to experience a few different things the island has to offer and still make it back to the cruise ship in plenty of time. Our guides were great, and we would highly recommend this to anyone coming visiting Roatan!

Must do! - It was fantastic! The drift snorkeling made it easy for you to be floating along while snorkeling for the non athletic. Love the monkeys and birds that would just hop on your head! Our guide made us feel safe and informed!

Perfect experience! - We absolutely loved this excursion! This is the first time I booked with an outside vendor while on a cruise. Coming from the high-end hospitality industry myself, I was incredibly impressed with the service from the entire team at ROA. The experience was seamless. The entire team communicated easily, clearly, joyfully and were on top of every detail. Our needs were met before I could even think of them. Incredible service! Most of all, everyone- from the owner, drivers, coordinators and guides- were so genuine, calm and happy to have us. We felt like family, not just clients. Our driver Ann was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The staff at the animal sanctuary made the experience a lot of fun! Our boat team for snorkeling, Will and Uiel were amazing. There were some nervous adult swimmers in our group and the guys’ steady, open-hearted nature let everyone know they were available to meet any request. I was traveling with my seven year old daughter for her first time snorkeling. Uiel took the time to show her special fish and parts of the coral reef. The reef was lovely and not overcrowded with snorkelers. I appreciate how they took the time to split everyone into small groups which also allowed us to arrive early to each stop. It felt like we had the sanctuary and the reef all to ourselves. Everyone intermittently asked if we needed anything or wanted to experience anything else while on the island. My kiddo was pretty tired, but there was so much we could have seen and done. This excursion was the highlight of our trip and we can’t wait to come back to Roatan and let the ROA team guide us through more memories!

A Day Filled with Gratitude, Kindness, and Outstanding Accessible Care - My partner Melanie and I spent an absolutely wonderful day in Honduras, and we are more satisfied than we could ever have imagined. From the very first contact, Paige provided outstanding support during the booking process. Melanie is paraplegic and uses a wheelchair, and Paige took a great deal of time to understand our needs and thoughtfully prepared our excursion accordingly. Every single request we had was met with care, respect, and genuine dedication — nothing ever felt like too much to ask. Our driver, Michael, presented Honduras, and especially Roatán, with great pride. His extensive general knowledge and passion for his country made the day even more enriching and memorable. Throughout the day, we encountered incredibly kind and warm-hearted people — people who truly carry the sun in their hearts and welcomed us with sincere friendliness. During snorkeling, Joseph took exceptional care of Melanie, ensuring she felt safe, included, and fully able to enjoy the experience. His attention and professionalism meant the world to us. We enjoyed this experience beyond words and are leaving the island with deep gratitude in our hearts and the most beautiful memories. Thank you to the entire team — you were absolutely wonderful.

Best experience and best value - This tour is well organized and very family friendly. My family of 7 had a great time, the snorkel site is so beautiful and we saw tons of fishes, monkey and sloth sanctuary was such a unique experience. Our driver David was so nice and professional, our 6 year old got sick in the car and on the boat, ROA handled it with patience and care, we are very grateful to have this unforgettable tour in Roatan. Highly recommended to every family, and the price and value is unbeatable.

Good price with friendly guides - Despite being very unlucky with wet weather during our visit to Roatan, ROA did their best to ensure our tour went ahead as planned. Herbert was great on communication and Norma, our driver, was friendly and shared lots of background on the Island community. We LOVED the sanctuary tour. The guides were great and the animals seem very well cared for by the team. The monkeys using the visitors as part of their play structure and running across our heads and shoulders was fun! It rained for our boat journey to the snorkel area but the water wasn't cold and the reef visibility was incredible! Norman was a great snorkel guide, kept us all together and safe and showed us some stunning sea life. The big highlight was seeing a big group of squid, who can apparently be quite shy. The rain stopping for the return to the dock was a bonus on an otherwise wet day. We had planned to go and get some lunch on the island, which Norma was happy to accommodate, but we were soaked through so went back to our cruise ship to dry off. Roatan is definitely somewhere we'd like to revisit and we would definitely book any excursion with ROA. Good price, excellent service and flexible.

Great experience - A great experience with ROA. When we reach the operator designated place, the tour operator is already there and greet us with an ROA sign. The trip is well organized, easy and smooth. We had a lot of fun at sloth sanctuary and snorkeling place.

Fantastic Day in Roatan - Our trip with ROA was THE best of our cruise excursions. Our driver Ana was so lovely. The sloths and Monkeys were completely adorable. And our reef snorkel with Norman was the incredibly cool. We were so well taken care of and the team made sure we were back in time for our port departure. We highly recommend.

Great snorkeling - We visited the sloths, monkeys and birds. We could not handle the sloths, but the monkeys and birds would sit on you and take food. The snorkeling was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend. The seas were rough and it was raining, but the reef was still clear and excellent with lots of coral and fish. Anna did a great job driving.

Don't let rain ruin your tour - Even though it was a rainy day in Roatan, Norma, our guide, brought the sunshine. She tooks us to the Monkey, Sloth and Parrot rescue which was really fun and interesting. Then the rain came but we made the best by going to local restaurant and getting a tour of the island, We stopped at a chocolate factory and viewed the coastal neighborhoods. Norma is a star! We loved her enthusiasm for the island.
