We really really enjoyed our tour without a doubt the best walking tour we have taken in our travels, Tour guides english was absolutely excellent, Very knowledgeable and took us to see local businesses too which was a nice touch, We had to leave ten minutes before the end because we had to catch another tour but we got 3.5 hours of excellent factual information from a local guide about ecuador and I would recommend this tour to anyone. Especially when I booked the tour with 7 minutes notice :)
tour was very informative and enlightening. I wish we would have gone to the basilica.
Very big group, but very knowledgeable guide (Andrea).
The tour was sooooo awesome! We learned so much history from our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of Ecuador's history! Thanks for having this service available!
The guides, Sole and Paolo were knowledgeable, interesting, spoke English well and were charming . Gave assistance on more than just history and sights, by helping orient us to Quito and its charms.
Etiel was so knowledgeable and explained a tremendous amount of information regarding Quito. I am not a huge tour person, but this was fantastic and well worth my time. I would highly recommend this walking tour, as it was fun, informative and very interesting!
Best walking tour we’ve ever taken. Soli was great!
Guide was very informative and pleasant
Ovidio was a great tour guide. We enjoying his local insight and humor. We enjoyed going to the market and having a chance to try the fruit juices and get recommendations on what and where to eat later. Ovidio including background on Ecuador's currency change and what life was like during that time was very insightful. After the tour he invited us to join him for lunch, which was awesome. Overall I would highly recommend this tour and guide.
Fabulous and knowledgeable guide.
Fernando did a wonderful job combining past and current history of Quito/Ecuador. We encountered a rainstorm during the tour and during this time, we have a most enjoyable time drinking coffee and learning all about Ecuador. I recommend this tour to everybody.
Was a fun guide and intern. Was very informative and pleasant way to explore Quito historical district!
The tour was great, Sole did a really good job. It was a little long though and therefore a bit too much for my concentration ;) maybe cut a little bit of the history about all the presidents!
Learned lots of interesting history and met great people! We all ate a delicious lunch together at el mercado central that wasn't an official part of the tour but we all thought the market looked so delicious!
Obi, our guide, was a delight. Even though we had visited most of the sites, we enjoyed hearing about them from his perspective. He was fun, knowledgeable, and informative.
Soli did an excellent job sharing the history of Quito and the people who call Quito home. She made the tour very relatable with the stories from the past and how the past impacts the people today.
Highly recommended! Great introduction into the history of Quito, very nice and relaxed guide - especially when you're travelling solo this is a good way to get in contact with other travellers.
Fernando was an excellent guide - informative , interesting and paced the tour really well. It could not have been better !
The Guide was very professional and knowledgeable and provided recommendations and things to do around the city. He was also willing to answer all the questions I had for him!! It was a great experience and a good way to take the stress away and get to know Quito more with a local. Its a great service!
Very nice guide: Andrea. She had a lot of interesting information and showed us nice places! It is very good if you have time to walk around by yourself.

Our tour of Quito with Alberto was amazing. He was affable and knowledgeable. We learned not only about the attractions of the city but it’s history, current political conditions, agriculture and food, everyday life, and lots of good hints for travelers to the city including safety tips. We have done tours for tips al over the world and we can truly say this is one of the best!
Ovi is an excellent guide. He showed us the principal dites of old town and explained some aspects of the culture and history of Ecuador.
Great introduction to the City. Our guide Ovidio was very knowledgeable and passionate. The 3+ hour tour covered a good portion of the Old Town and will allow you to navigate by yourself afterwards. Just the wright amount of walking, we ended the tour with a great lunch at the Central Market for $7 for 2. Highly recommended!
Our guide Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his country and city. It was a pleasure to learn about Quito from him!
The information and the actual tour was fantastic. The pressure put upon the participants to tip the guide was over the top. It is advertised as a free walking tour.
