Robin you was very personable and passionate about St. Croix. Her knowledge and passion for Fredericksted and ability to communicate these were very effective. I learned a lot about the island, and plan to come back for a longer visit.

Guide was informative, fun and personable.

Our guide was VERY knowledgeable, and was an admitted historian. Unfortunately, it seemed as though she tried to give us every piece of information in her brain. She talked a bit fast and when she would forget something in chronological order, she would backtrack, insert the info, then go back to where she was. It was too much information and too confusing. We did not remain for the full tour. I think we stayed about an hour, and the tour was just leaving the Fort. It looked like a lot of other people left the tour early as well, since the group was much smaller when we left. The tour also started late, maybe 15-20 minutes. The guide was very pleasant and friendly.

We startet in a group off 4 with a super guide, after 25 minuts we joine a group with 22 People’s it was difficult to hear what she told. And the historic facts changed to be more personal

I canceled the route because of the weather (heavy rain), and never received any acknowledgment from you. That, and the fact that you sent this survey suggests that you place little value on customer relations. I can’t recommend this tour to anyone.

No one showed up to give the tour or told me ahead 0f time it was canceled. It was a Christmas gift to myself. I would like a refund.
