2. Our customer service team will contact you three days before your trip, allowing you to choose your pick-up time.

3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time. Feel free to share any specific sights or activities you wish to experience during the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour in Malacca, visiting Jonker Street, St. Paul Hills, Christ Church, Red Square, Malacca Strait Mosque, and the Malacca River Cruise.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the journey, you may request a refreshment break or a meal stop.

7. The trip from Fraser’s Hill to Malacca takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours, and from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration, it takes another 2.5 to 3 hours before proceeding to Singapore.

8. At the immigration checkpoint, you will need to disembark with your luggage as the driver will use the bus lane to enter Singapore. You may need to present your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you through the process.

9. The driver will drop you off at your destination in Singapore, providing a door-to-door transfer service.
