We have been a regular visitor to the EV Eagle Fest the past 5 years so we wanted to have the opportunity to see the Eagles from the river tour. My wife and I enjoyed the boat tour however we were dissappointed that the guest speaker Gord Gadsden did not show for this tour. We explicitly reserved this date so we would have the opportunity to learn and listen to his knowledge on the eagles. I know the tour guide and driver was also surprised he did not show, and that they could not contact him. The replacement guide Jo-Anne? was very good. We know the water level in the Fraser was very high this year so it was not a great time for viewing with most of the sand bars underwater, which we understand is just a fact of nature. I would have liked the tour to be a little longer ( 20-30mins) just to spend more time at various points on the river to enjoy the viewing. The lunch at the old Kilby restauarnt was very nice and enjoyable. I enjoyed the tour of the historic museum it was nice to learn about the history of Harrison Mills, Kilby and the surrounding area.. Thank you for an enjoyable tour and lunch. Keep up the great work with promoting this unique Eagle festival Paul and Margaret Emanuel

Equipment and hospitality were excellent. Staff on board were knowledgeable. Lunch was great. However it would have been better to have the naturalist join us as well. He was one of the features of the tour but was a no show.
