Glacier Helicopter flight and snow landing at Franz Josef - Fantastic flight over Glaciers and snow landing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff at Helicopter Line and engaging knowledgeable pilot. Would highly recommend!

You won’t regret it! - It was an incredible experience, I’d definitely recommend it.
Everything was seamless. The online booking, the confirmations and prompts to check in, check weather etc.
We were wary of cloud getting worse as the day went on so arrived at the office as soon as we got into town and the lovely lady at the counter accommodated getting us on a flight straight away (1.5 hours before our booking time).
We were so grateful and had a spectacular trip! Simon our pilot was very nice and happy to share his wealth of knowledge and the views were spectacular!!!

wonderful touchdown on Franz Joseph Glacier - We were kindly moved to a later flight when the early morning weather was against us. The pilot was competent, friendly and helpful inspiring confidence. The view was spectacular, the landing on glacier was soft and we had a great time.

Fantastic Tour of Franz Josef Glaciers - Highly recommend this tour, the views from Fran Josef were amazing. Getting the opportunity to Snow land by helicopter was something I will always remember - tick off from the bucket list.

Wow! Franz Josef Glacier!!! - What can I say but “Spectacular”. The staff and our pilot Richard were so accommodating! The flight to and the landing on the Franz Josef glacier was awe-inspiring! Don’t miss this opportunity!!!

JUST DO IT !! - OMG.. The entire experience with this company was world class.. Our welcome in the office by Tiana was like meeting family.. the friendliest reception ever! Then James took us across the road to where the action started .. great sociable guy.. then into the chopper with pilot Richard who was so relaxed (unlike the excited passengers)
What an amazing flight up to the top of the glacier ..
A very professional safety conscious company dedicated to giving their customers an amazing experience .. Thank you Glacier Helicopters team ..

Awesome experience - This flight was awesome. Much better than I imagined. I upgraded and also saw the Fox Glacier. All the staff gave clear safety instructions and our pilot, Jay, gave us plenty of time on the snow to take photos. Bit expensive but worth every penny.

Short but exciting ride... - Short but exciting ride to the top of the glacier and back after landing for some pictures -- exactly as described. Had views of the ice underneath and the mountain. Would definitely recommend for those looking to get up to the top without delay.

Disappointed weather prevented us doing this adventure - Unfortunately due to bad weather we were unable to experience our Glacier Helicopter Adventure in Franz Josef on either days we were staying there Friday booking 16/05/25 or Saturday 17/05/25.:: just waiting on our refund now. We realise we cannot change the weather and although disappointed we understand safety comes first
