A very good historical... - A very good historical tour and a guide that is knowledgeable about Franklin. You can get off and tour at any of the highlighted sites which we would recommend

Tour and Learn. All ages will enjoy. - You’ll hear amazing stories about Franklin’s colorful past. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humor. (Shout out to our driver as well.) We enjoyed our one hour open-air breezy ride all around Franklin. Highly recommend.

Great for Civil War enthusiasts - Excellent historical information. Short tour maybe not worth price. Only one trolley making a loop every hour - we did the loop then drove to the sites we wanted to see. No signs indicating where to wait for trolley caused issues.

Didn't keep their schedule - Tour guide was very friendly, but the bus didn't keep it's schedule. We arrived at 11:00 and only managed one circle trip. They never came by the History and Culture center to pick us up so we had to walk back to the visitor center. That made us run out of time to do anything else. Not worth the money!

Disappointing - Our tour was canceled the morning of due to a Pumpkin Fest. Why were we able to schedule this date if the fest was happening? We could have planned another event for this day.

Disappointed with communication - Disappointed…We booked our trolley trip in early September. On the way to Franklin the day of (end of October) we were informed that our tour was cancelled due to a pumpkin festival happening and crowded conditions. Shouldn’t this day have been marked as a special day on the schedule or even closed for tours??. A day of our vacation was wasted on traveling to Franklin that could have been planned for something else. Disappointed.

Left standing on the corner - Doug told us to enjoy the first stop. We got off to find the Cultural Center was closed. We wasted an hour waiting for the bus to come back only to watch it drive right past us. The stops are not marked anywhere. We walked back to visitors center (that was difficult to find) and got our car.
