Candy tour - The tour of the candy factory was very interesting. They were making bourbon balls the day we were there.
Our tour guide was very informative. Everyone was very nice from the time we came in the front door, and we even met Sara. I think Ruth would be proud of her family.

🍫 Chocolate - Everyone was so pleasant here at Rebecca Ruth's. I had originally scheduled for 11:30, but was not going to make it, so we called, and they rebooted us to 1:30. How wonderful. Arrived and went on the tour with Charlotte. They must have just moved into their new facility, Bravo. Would have loved to see a production. However, they were all off campus learning new tricks. Wonderful tour just the same and we bought some chocolate to take home. Yum!

A Kentucky treasure. - This little candy factory is a gem. The candy is delicious and it was wonderful experiencing a little slice of Americana. Lucy and Ethel would be proud.

Short and sweet - Interesting history of how the company started. Tour was short and we got a sweet. Great option to break up the distillery tours.

Saturday tour not recommended - We went on a Saturday, so there were no workers on the production line. We knew that ahead of time, but in hind sight I would have gotten a lot more by seeing the actual candy making. I would not recommend a
Saturday tour. There were a lot of antiques and artifacts in two rooms that the guide just walked us through without even pausing to let us look.
The guide was quite late starting the tour , so she said we would get extra chocolates. We did... 2 pieces instead of one.

A nice place to satisfy your sweet tooth. - The candy tour felt a bit rushed. The tour guide had an ear piece in like she was listening to something else, and she talked very fast, as if she was in a hurry to get the tour over with. We enjoyed learning about the history of the company and we were treated very well in the shop. We will be enjoying the candy purchased for a while. The price for bourbon balls was the best we had seen.

Skip it and save money for the candies instead! - Not worth the $10. MAYBE worth $5. No candy being made. Didn’t have enough time to look at displays. Got one sample. Same sample was given out at the chocolate shop counter. Guide was very friendly though.
