Experience the awe-inspiring French Grand Canyon, along with a trip to the 16th-century hamlet Castellane (the gateway to the Verdon Gorges, situated at the base of its renowned Roc) and the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie popular for its pottery (known as the Capital of Fayence) and its renowned lavender fields (best visited in June-July).
- Infant seats are available on request, if it is made during booking
- A minimum of 4 people per booking is required
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. The tour is also subject to cancellation in the event of logistical/mechanical issues outside the activity provider’s control or sick staff. Please have a secondary time slot ready the next day if possible
- This tour is available only from Nice
- The pickup and drop off from places other than Nice is not provided
- The total tour duration is 9 hours (Transportation from the pickup to drop off in Nice is already included in the total duration)

Lovely day in Verdon - We had a great day on our Verdon trip. Nicole was an excellent driver and guided us well through the day. Lovely boat trip on Lac Ste Croix and Verdon together with our co-touristes from the minibus. We had a fun and fantastic day.

Our group very much... - Our group very much enjoyed our day excursion. Our driver and tour guide went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. She presented options for us along the way to enhance our experience. Beautiful countryside - definitely worth it!

Amazing experience! - This was worth every cent paid! Rafael was the best guide! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the activities included and went above and beyond to make this trip great for everyone. Getting to take the paddle boats on the lake was so fun! They even had kayaks and paddle boards so you might bring a swim suit and towel if you want to get in the water! I would do this tour again! It’s my second tour with this company, Bingo Tours. I’m very pleased with them!

Stunning view of the gorge - A long day but worth it to see the gorge from Belvedere de la Carelle. We had plenty of time to visit Castellane and Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and also an hour at the beautiful blue lake. It would have been nice to have stopped at more of the viewpoints along the canyon. I was sitting by the window on the left side of the vehicle and had great views but it wasn’t so good for those on the other side.

A wonderful day! - A wonderful day exploring Gorges du Verdon et Moustiers Sainte-Marie! The day was relaxed and flowed nicely. Our guide was very personable and made many stops for photos; he also doubled as a great photographer!

Gorges du Verdon day trip - This was a great tour. The scenery was breathtaking and our guide managed to stop in a lot of places so we could get photos. He knew all the good spots and kept us up to date with information about the area. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get out of Nice for the day. Lots of great places to grab a coffee or lunch.
The weather was stunning, not a cloud in the sky which made for a very enjoyable day.

Curvy countryside ride to visit the Verdon Gorge - Nice drive through the countryside of Nice with stops at interesting little villages. The road is very very curvy however. Make sure to do the boat ride in the gorge.
A lot of your enjoyment will depend on which tour bus driver you happen to get.
The van was quite small and we were all squished together like sardines.

Off season review - I felt this tour was misleading and overpriced for the season. It was unfair to us as we were not to enjoy the experiences as others and your description of the day was not what we recieved.
It should of been half price, willing to pay not full price and these are the reasons
1. water fall nothing was open, couldn’t grab a morning coffee. Bake shop closed
2. No lavender fields to be seen
3. 1st village only few stores open, the town pretty much closed down windows boarded up
4. 2nd village highlight, but once again quiet, many stores closed, but more to see. Was able to grab lunch.
5. Water activities nice but our driver wasn’t even sure of that would be open.
6. Long car ride not to enjoy the more interesting views as it was off season, plus we had a poor guy car sick.
7. Driver was okay, little negative just because two much was closed and nothing to see.
He didn’t know a lot of history when asked as we were driving therefore not a lot of interest. And it’s a long drive.
8. Pick was unpleasant, we met at the meeting point, couldn’t find our tour guide, has no idea what to look for, we thought a bus, or a person but none of it, Diver tried to find us two times but because instructions were poor and for some reason my phone and his phone wouldn’t connect I’m international that may be reason.
I think half price is reasonable for this time of year. Full price is unfair to off season tourists when we were not informed of closures . Viator has never failed me but this was dissapointing.

Disappointment!!!! - Small group (8) OK but the vehicle absolutely not comfortable , sitting in the back ... unable to understand the explanations of the guide , we had taken an English tour - French but practically non-existent French...
