Cost was great as we explored a greater area then on foot or other travel or transport.
Would recommend and will definitely do again.

Loved this! Staff were helpful - Loved this! Staff were helpful, they gave us a map and suggested cycling to VilleFranche and the waterfall, which is as brilliant! Bikes were great and super easy. Optional basket and helmets

Great experience all round. - Team at the shop were super friendly, showing us how the bikes were set up and work as we had never ridden e-bikes before.
Supplied with helmets , bike locks and optional basket, everything went fine. Smooth return process too.
Shop is 1 minute from the promenade and Nice has lots of safe cycle paths.

Great electric bikes for a neat price. - Neat bikes, full batteries. Friendly staff, took the time to find a well-fitting bike for everyone. Price quality fine! Cycling in Nice is great, especially in high temperatures much more pleasant than walking. Recommended!

Fabulous experience - The whole experience was great from booking to return! The e-bikes were ready for our arrival time, explanations for use were clear and advice about routes was helpful. We chose to have baskets as we went to Villefranche-sur-Mer to the beach and wanted to take beach bags. The views of the coastline were stunning and we enjoyed having areas to stop and appreciate the scenery. Would recommend 😊

Great value for money and a wonderful way to see Nice. - Great introduction to the bikes with 5 out of 6 all good. One of the bikes required some gear adjustment which we didn’t realise until we were quite a way from the bike shop. Excellent experience with plenty of sites to see.

Save your money! - We were provided with very old classic e-bikes instead of the updated ones. They were very hard to control, the gears did not shift properly and the power display was worthless because it was loose on the handlebar and you could not see what power mode you were in. The tires on my bike were also worn thin with very little traction. I also had a problem with my battery pack as it would not turn on after several attempts. We had asked for the newer ebikes but he said that we would have to pay more online for them but that was not an option or ever mentioned until we got there. We went back to return the bikes early to see if we could switch the newer e-bikes that were in great shape and the shop was closed. We spoke to his colleague next door and she had no idea when he was going to return so we decided to return the bikes early and call it quits.

Poor customer service from both Viator and the vendor - Woke up on vacation and it was pouring down rain yet I had booked to E bikes. Opened my Viator app and only found the address to pick up the bikes no phone number no name of the company. Later, when it quit raining, I walked to the company and asked for my voucher to be honored on the following day. The company did not say that they did not have any bikes available. They just said they would not honor the voucher that I needed to contact Viator. I’ve booked 10 tours with Viator over the past 12 months and they refused to refund me on this $66 E bike reservation leaving a very very bad taste in my mouth.
