Under the supervision of an instructor, participants will gradually learn to:

• utilize movements to “fly” underwater

Depending on individual comfort levels, participants can explore either on the surface or beneath the water, discovering a natural environment while enjoying this unparalleled gliding experience.

The activity is conducted in small groups to ensure safety, comfort, and personal development.
