• 16 Rue Constantin - The workshop is located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s historic center, just a short two-minute walk from the main square, cafes, and restaurants. Enter a fully-equipped kitchen studio, where participants will meet their instructor, a local chef, and fellow attendees. With a maximum of ten participants, personalized guidance is ensured throughout the session.

Participants will be provided with an apron and utensils before starting to make and knead the dough. Following the instructor’s clear, step-by-step instructions, they will proceed to shaping and baking. The session begins with perfecting the classic croissant, followed by attempts at two other French pastry favorites: pain au chocolat and pain au raisin.

While baking, enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages. Once the pastries are baked, indulge in a tasting session of the delicious creations.
