Wonderful way to explore Eiffel Tower! - Our guide called Ope was so pleasant and very informative regarding history and construction of tower. He stayed with us for two hours!! He even accommodated those of us who took stairs and met us on 2nd floor to continue tour. Couldnt recommend this family high point of our trip to Paris enough!

Summit at low season - Liz, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and well prepared for the visit. She navigated us through the crowd skilfully and gave us all the information we needed. We visited the summit in December (low season) and we still had to queue for the packed lifts, for the toilets, and for everything else a lot. This experience would’ve been a nightmare during high season.

Best tour! - Paris is my favourite city, and I was so happy that I can see Eiffel Tower with audioguide option. We find it hard to follow guide for hours so audio guide option was the best fit for us. We could enjoy Eiffel with my boyfriend. All the instructions were so easy, we appreciate the customer service. They answered all our questions in advance. If you would like a better experience you can choose Vivicos. In the most romantic city, this was the best tour we got ever! Merci beaucoup!

5 stars service for Vivicos' team, great experience for those that want to visite the Eiffel Tower on their own! - We booked tickets with Audioguide & host for the Eiffel tower, me and my boyfriend like to see monuments without rush and on our pace. Vivicos team sent us the instructions on how download the audioguide with wifi before the tour and all informations and tickets were given by Vivicos representative at the meeting point. The Audioguide is not only on Eiffel tower but it cover the highlights of Paris as well so it is very usefull because you can use it for the other sites of Paris. I recommed this experience for all that would like to visit the Eiffel Tower and the city on their own.

Amazing experience - I wanted to explore eiffel tower on my own and without rush and thanks to this I made it.

An Unforgettable Experience with the Vivicos Audio Guide Tour to the Eiffel Tower - We had just had a fantastic experience with the Vivicos tour to the Eiffel Tower and I had to share it so that no one would miss it.
Exceptional audio guide: It's not just a boring device with a monologue. The audio guide (available in Spanish and very clear) is interactive, entertaining and full of fascinating stories, anecdotes and curious facts that you would not find on your own. You feel like a local history expert is personally guiding you. We learned about the construction of the Tower, the reviews of the time, and even details of how it is painted every 7 years!
No queues, no stress: The great advantage of booking with Vivicos was skipping the endless queues for the lifts. Priority access is REAL and saved us hours waiting in the sun. The meeting process with the Vivicos Representative was very simple and well organized.
Freedom to explore: Unlike group guided tours where you go to the rhythm of the guide, the audio guide allowed us to climb at our own pace. We stayed longer on the first floor to walk on the glass floor, enjoyed the views from the second without hurry and then climbed to the top for the obligatory photo. It was perfect to take all the pictures we wanted.
Stunning panoramic views: Obviously, the Eiffel Tower is the protagonist. Having the audio guide at the top helped us to identify all the monuments of Paris we saw: the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, the Louvre, Les Invalides... It was like having a talking map in your hand!

The city of light with a super price - I was in Paris, with my partner this summer, we had a very good eexperience with this Enterprise, communications were very easy and the audio guide works very well, exceptional

Extremely disappointed. - For nearly triple the price per person all I received was the entrance fee when it was advertised as having a guide. The instructions gave a meet up address, the time and said a rep who would have a white flag. When the time came and went I learned after sending a message to customer service that ‘there was no guide with this tour and tickets were emailed directly to me just before my ‘meet up’ and ‘we were to enter on our own thru gate 2.’ I was also instructed to download an app which allowed me access to a listen to a taped story of the history of the Eiffel Tower. So I found that this advertised ‘tour’ was a complete sham and I hope you don’t waste your money like I did.
