• Domaine de Soustres - This journey begins in the late afternoon at the Domaine de Soustres cellar. A guide will lead participants through the vineyards, exploring ancient grape varieties such as Grenache and Carignan. The tour will then pass through an olive grove, where seasonal wild blackberries can be picked.

The adventure continues with a climb to a remarkable viewpoint, offering a 360° panorama of the surrounding landscapes: Etang de Montady, Massif de la Clape, Narbonne, and the foothills of Caroux.

Upon reaching the summit, guests will savor a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset in a serene and enchanting setting. The descent will be illuminated by flashlight, through a pine forest, leading back to the cellar. Here, participants will explore the estate during a night tour, followed by a delightful tasting of wines and local delicacies, including charcuterie, cheese, and olives.
