This workshop offers a deep dive into concepts such as terroir, grape varieties, appellation, classification, vinification, aging, storage, and the art of wine service. No prior knowledge is necessary to participate; attendees will learn while enjoying themselves!
The tasting begins with a glass of white wine, introducing the essential steps of tasting using a universal method.
The experience continues with three glasses of regional single grape variety red wines, providing insight into their unique characteristics and the benefits of blending, a common regional practice.
Finally, participants will savor two exquisite wines, one from the left bank and another from the right bank, including a Bordeaux grand cru.
These wines will be perfectly paired with fine local charcuterie and cheeses, enhancing the cultural immersion and providing basic knowledge about food and wine pairing.

Awesome wine tasting! - Amazing wine tasting with Antoine! Very informative and cool with time to ask questions and understand everything. I enjoyed how it was also very interactive with blind test etc. I definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! - I don’t tend to write reviews but had to give a 5* to this tasting. I’ve been to so so many tastings all over the world, but I felt I learnt so much more about the more technical aspects of wine tasting, and also the general history of Bordeaux. The host was hilarious and had perfectly curated a wonderful 1.30hr. Thank you!!

Highly recommendable experience in Bourdeaux city centre! - It has been a masterclass very interesting to know thoroughly the wine and the way to produce the wine of Bourdeaux. Antoine (the sommellier) is an expert that can explain a log of things in a simple way. Our group was only 3 people and we think that it is an experience for small groups. Higly recommendable experience!

Amazing Wine Tasting Experience - We had a fantastic wine tasting experience hosted by Valentino. He was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole session fun and relaxed. We tasted six excellent wines, each one well explained with great insight into the flavours and background. It was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting. A must-do wine tasting!

Wine Tasting in Bordeau Olala - Very entertaining and interesting lecture by Antione! As described and good value. Would definitely recommend ! Only a small group today do felt intimate and able to ask questions freely which Antione was happy to answer with knowledge and good humour.
