Easy boarding while they... - Easy boarding while they checked the name. Departed on time and had a fun ride with the crew. Informative and am enjoyable experience. Definitely worth it for a lovely afternoon ride through the rich neighborhoods of FLL and we got close to the Port as well, so we got to see three cruise ships and got lucky to see one cargo ship coming in.

A nice experience - This is my second time on the JQ and it was very nice. Not too hot, a fresh breeze and interesting stories about owners by the guide.

A tour well worth the money - We were held up in traffic and arrived 5 minutes after sailing time. To our surprise the boat was still there they had waited on us. I ask where to park and the operator said right where you are and put a parking pass on our car right in front of the gang plank. Now that is service. we sat on the top deck and had a very enjoyable time. The cruise was smooth the speaker was very informative and the safety on the boat was great. I would do it again tomorrow if I were still in Flrida

Easy ticketing and check... - Easy ticketing and check in, good drinks, nice peaceful boat ride for great deal. Had restrooms on board also!

We missed the boat by two minutes. - Get there early. The boat was packed. We got close to the dock as it was departing. We need a refund. Parking was a problem.
