AWESOME! - This Segway tour was an excellent experience. Mike was an awesome guide, made sure we were comfortable on the Segway before we started and made the tour very personal. He was knowledgeable about the area history and we learned lots! WHAT FUN!! Definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing Segway tour. - Mike was an amazing tour guide while taking the Segway tour in Fort Lauderdale. His compassion showed through as he discussed the parks, wildlife, and neighborhoods we explored. We loved our tour and would highly recommend it if you visit the area.

Absolutely unforgettable experience—Mike is a gem! - We booked this Segway tour less than 24 hours in advance and somehow still ended up with the best guide we could have hoped for. Mike was prepared, full of energy, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how personal he made the experience—he used our names as he shared fun facts and kept us engaged the entire time.
He took the time to teach us how to ride safely, made sure we felt comfortable, and still let us have tons of fun. We even got a “foot break” with stunning photos and videos that we’ll treasure. With this being the only Segway tour in the area, we’re really hoping Mike keeps it going forever. Don’t miss this if you’re in town—it’s a must-do!

Super fun way to explore the city and get to see some amazing buildings and boats while learning about the history! - Great views and info about the city and it’s beautiful trees! We got married on Saturday and had a wonderful time getting to explore the city on our honeymoon! Will definitely come back!

TAKE THE TOUR: Excellent service and tour guide - Made reservations in advance and the tour owner/operator was EXTREMELY responsive. She took time to answer all my questions.
Our group toured with Mike and it was FANTASTIC! Safety came first and our group was confidently riding within 15 minutes. Mike knows EVERYONE and EVERYTHING about downtown Ft. Lauderdale. He is a wealth of knowledge and has a passion for the city. Highly recommend the tour and asking for Mike.

Tour was fine, but impacted by last minute changes from operator - We originally booked a 2.5 hour tour at 10:00 AM, but Segway Fort Lauderdale emailed us a few days before to say they couldn't get a guide for 10:00 AM and would we be willing to switch to 11:00 AM. We agreed and arranged to have brunch before the tour, which would now run thru lunch. However, while we were at brunch, they called to say that their guide had called in sick and could we move to 2:00 PM. We told them this conflicted with our outgoing flight, so the rep said they'd try to find another guide and would call back. They did call back a few minutes later to say they'd found a guide, but he could only do a 1-hour tour. We agreed to this and went to the meeting spot at 11:00 AM. The guide showed up a few minutes later, but said we had to wait for some additional participants, so we hung around until 11:30, when the tour finally started.
Once it did start, it was fun and worth doing, so it was a shame we couldn't do the two-hour tour. Knocking the rating down a star for the hassle, the late start, and the fact that they didn't give us the tour we'd booked.
