Outstanding service and an exhilarating adventure! - I took my cousin for a 2 hour first time ever jet ski ride for his 18 birthday. I hadn’t been jet skiing for almost 30 years and I had only been once or twice when I went. Travis greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel comfortable. He thoroughly explained everything. There were two other gentleman who were part of our group for a total of five including our guide Travis. The ocean was very rough that day but we still were able to enjoy it. We had to go slow on the intercostal because it was manatee season on the way to the ocean. The intercostal has so many gorgeous houses and boats to look at along the way. Once at the ocean away from the intercostal, the guys wanted to go fast for an exhilarating experience. I was very happy staying in front of Dr. Von D Mizell-Eula Johnson state park riding my jet ski there while the guys went fast in the big waves. On the way back, Travis took many pictures of myself and my cousin on the jet skis on the intercostal. We both had a fabulous time. I highly recommend our guide, Travis. He was knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need. I’m also very pleased with JetskiFL and I definitely recommend using this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fun Experience - Quoted price does not include taxes and $15 fuel surcharge. This said, experience was awesome. Very good equipment, great instructor and service manager, safe and enjoyable ride. It was a 5 Star experience.

Overall great experience... - Overall great experience ! Some hidden charges , but the man in charge of the experience was great , informative. I felt safe, when one of my kids became scared he took him back and allowed me to continue to enjoy the experience. It’s was freezing so we went in early , but that’s no one fault. . I definitely would recommend .

I had fun but could have enjoyed it more - Got a full hour on the Intracoastal & had fun riding around. Despite other people's reviews, there are fast areas where the speed limit says 25mph which I went up to about 40mph when I got used to riding and noticed I was the slow poke. I had one yacht of mean people who live on the Intracoastal (I watched them dock in front of their mansion, I didn't say anything though they did look over at me) almost tip me over when I got to the first 25mph area—I was going around 20-25mph. They flew by me going at least 50mph. They should put a camera on this thing so if you get tipped over in such a situation it isn't counted as your fault! I didn't get knocked off or tipped over, just saying that I would of been very angry if I did in that situation as I was doing everything correctly. I upgraded the Jet Ski for another $25 and my only gripe is that the guy didn't show me how to fully use & enjoy the thing. He was very nice but after much focus on safety stuff like if the Jet Ski tips over—which I didn't fully understand & I'll likely never get the thing turned back over anyway—he didn't mention the cruise control or no wake buttons on the Jet Ski. It would've taken another minute to mention these and show me how to use them so I could fully enjoy the ride. I didn't notice them until at least half way through and didn't want to press buttons on the Jet Ski that weren't mentioned to me. After you get used to riding, that no wake button in particular would be great to use, your hand can get a little tired/stiff from holding the throttle the entire time. Whenever I Jet Ski again at least I'll know now to look over the controls and make sure they show me everything. All in all, I had fun on my trip! Didn't know how to score the stars. I guess it's really 5 stars, I just deducted one for not fully showing me how to operate the thing, especially when I upgraded.

Try Elsewhere - I would not recommend this jet ski rental company. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt rushed. The staff moved us through the process quickly with very little instruction, and it seemed like they expected everyone to already be an experienced jet ski operator. If you’re a beginner, this is not a comfortable environment. The most frustrating part was docking. When returning through a busy channel with other boats around, the staff were impatient and offered no real guidance. Instead of helping customers safely bring the skis in, they acted annoyed and expected expert-level maneuvering. To make matters worse, we were charged for minor docking issues that clearly resulted from lack of instruction and the stressful return process. It feels like the business model relies heavily on collecting damage fees from customers rather than ensuring a safe and supportive experience. If you’re considering renting jet skis, I strongly suggest finding a company that takes time to properly instruct customers and provides patient assistance when docking. Very disappointing experience overall.

Not the best time - Not even a good time - We scheduled our time two weeks prior at 10AM. When we arrived at our scheduled time no one was there. No notification of them running late or cancellation given. We called the number on the sign and did get a hold of someone and they said we would have to reschedule for two hours later. We did and they did show up the second time. We were also told we would have our time upgraded but they did not. We also had to stand in the heat for over 30 minutes while they were checking all of our info. With rentals like this you do this in advance and they should have received all of our info well ahead of time. The jet skis where old and tired, the speedometer where set to KM and MPH they didn’t come fueled (I was told I would need to go out and come back in because my jet ski only had 15 minutes worth of fuel. The staff is flat out rude and short as well. Additionally, you are extremely restricted to where you can even use the jet ski. It was not a great experience, they force you to tip them (they don’t give you an option to not tip and they ask you do this before you even get on the jet ski). We have rented jet skis before and this was by far the worst experience. Avoid if you want to actually have fun. There are lots of place in Miami that will give you a much better experience. It’s worth the drive if you want to have fun.
