Arnold Bimini Trip 2024 - We were able to tour the inner city of Bimini. I did not know that Adam Clayton Powell was from there. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful Bimini Day! - Trip was awesome and smooth riding the high speed ! Would have loved to stay but ferry doesn't come back the next day so have to stay 2 nights. Long long day but worth it!

Long journey but worth it - 6 -7 hours on the island and 12-14 hours on logistics ( transportation, immigration checks and others ). Started at 6 am and back home around 1.30 am the next day. But the 6 hours time is definitely amazing. The sand and beach is way better than Miami. But if you don’t like long and intensive trip, think again.

Day in Paradise - I’ve always wanted to visit the Bahamas and this excursion was a great way to do so. The tour was well organised from start to finish. The ferry ride over to the island was well stocked with food and drinks for you to purchase at an additional cost. You can also purchase tickets for island excursions. I would advise purchasing a day pass for the Bimini Resort where you can relax and appreciate what the island has to offer. This tour is a great way to visit the Bahamas and experience paradise.

Celebrating My Daughter’s Birthday In Bimini - The ride on the ferry. It felt like I was on a cruise. I enjoyed the hospitality of the crew. The beach was more than I expected, just wish it could have been an all inclusive.

Very Disappointing - I’m not sure where to start…I’ll start with a positive. The check-in process was a breeze except for the agent insulting the previous guest they checked in.
The embarkation and disembarkation was horrible and boardered disrespectful. There was no order or organization getting on and off the vessel.
The ride to our destination (Bimini) was very crowded. Between the water from the A/C vent leaking on my Husband, the horrible food, the kids running around and the volume, it was a LONG ride.
The voyage back was so much better and almost redeemed our earlier experience (the reason for 2 stars) until we got back to the port. They had one Border Agent for hundreds of guest both US and Non-US Citizens. Thank goodness that we were one of the first in line. However, it took over an hour to get through the process. We were to return at 9:00 but didn’t get out the terminal until 11:30. I felt so bad for those at the back of the lines. It had to be an early morning for them as it had to be another several hours before they got through the lines.
This is not an excursion that I could recommend.

How do some companies survive with terrible customer service!? - Try to book this online on their website, WHICH IS A TERRIBLE SITE! So I emailed them - in English ... Received the reply in another language 😵💫. Then called 3 times to only get an automated answering, left a message to never get a response! I live too far away to come there for horrible customer service

Disappointing - This package does not include the beach access as advertised. My wife and I found out that it had to be purchased separately on the boat or directly from the resort. Once on the cruise, we went to purchase it and were told that there was a Virgin cruise docked that day. When Virgin is docked, they have exclusives rights to the beach and access can't be purchased. Viator needs to update their trip description and inform customers on dates there is no access to the beach.
