An amazing private chocolate making experience - My husband and I had the most amazing time on our private chocolate-making tour! From the very beginning, our first host made us feel welcome and excited to explore the world of chocolate right on the cocoa farm and plantation. The experience was both fun and educational — we learned about the origins of cacao and the entire cocoa-making process. Later, we entered the chocolate factory, where the hostess walked us through the steps of making chocolate and guided us through hands-on activities like tempering and molding our own custom creations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about her craft. And of course, the chocolate was absolutely delicious — rich, high-quality, and bursting with flavor. It was a truly remarkable and enjoyable experience, one we’ll never forget!

From Tree to Bar : a rich and authentic chocolate experience ! - This was one of the highlights of our trip to Saint Lucia ! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a passionate team at a small, family-run cocoa estate nestled in the heart of nature. Clinton guided us through the entire visit with passion, humor, and generosity. He made every step engaging and easy to understand, from growing the cacao trees to the final stages of chocolate production. It was fascinating to see how each phase, harvesting, fermenting, drying, roasting, contributes to the rich and complex flavor of the chocolate. Clinton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We also loved the demonstration of cocoa dancing, a traditional method still used today, a fun and meaningful moment rooted in local heritage. After that, Cornelia led us through the creation of our very own chocolate bars. She was simply amazing, warm, attentive, and a great teacher. She made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious locally inspired meal in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. This is a truly tasty, educational, and heartwarming experience. You can feel the love for the craft, the connection to nature, and the desire to share a piece of Saint Lucian culture. Fun on property experience! - Very personal experience… loved Clinton and Cornelia! Interesting and informative. History and process…then make your own chocolate bar…all right on property. Loved it!

The making of a bar of chocolate mmm. - There was no particular memorable part of the whole tour, it was all memorable and informative. The guide and instructor on the making of chocolate were both very knowledgeable.

Super fun and relaxing - Great guided tour of the plantation by SHYNE very funny you could ask him anything about what’s around you and he would know, the chocolate making part was really exciting Cornelia was very informative and answered all our questions. Great experience!

Chocolate tour was lacking depth - The staff were lovely but the tour was a bit lacking. It said it was 2 hours but we were done in 45 mins and had to wait for our chocolate to cure. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

Rip off chocolat making tour - Total Rip off US $70 per person for a 15 minute tour and 20 minutes chocolat making. Unless you like to throw away money don't do this
