Subsequently I will propose a presentation of the company starting from its first years up to the present. At the same time I will offer the opportunity to taste our oil, even in its flavored variants, along with other specialties from the Gargano and a choice of local wines. After the tastings I will introduce the guests to some hints on the culinary combinations of oil.

We provide guests the chance to gain insight into the realm of olive oil, encompassing everything from the growth of the plant to the milling process, all through the perspective of our enterprise that was established in 1949. In addition to this, visitors get to sample culinary delights of Gargano, which is not confined to just oil, but extends to a selection of wines, cheeses, and other produce. If desired, visitors can also take a tour of our olive grove and take a moment to unwind under the cool canopy of our vintage trees!

Passion and commitment - We went to the Biscuits oil tasting and had a great time. The guy, owner of the company took us directly to his large family olive grove. He explained to us in simple words the essential things about processing, cutting branches, harvesting and organic farming. That's very interesting.
Once the theory was over, which lasted about 45 minutes, we went back to the farm to taste the oil. The tasting consisted of a hearty dish of local dishes, mozzarella, cold cuts, several bruschetta, stracciatella, bread, oil and a good glass of red wine from the area.
We recommend everyone to have this experience, people with such passion for what they do are hardly found nowadays.

Excellent experience - Excellent experience! I recommend everyone to try this beautiful environment. Owner Pier will guide you, explain all the details about olive growing and processing and answer all your questions. The excellent conclusion was a rich snack based on local specialties. Thank you!

This was a fabulous... - This was a fabulous introduction to the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Pier was very generous with his time and explanation of this generational family run farm. Harvesting olives from 600 year old trees that require pruning and caring is a year long process. Managing the environmental aspects of running an organic operation provides significant challenges, and we learned a lot about the olive oil industry. Our educational tour was followed by a wonderful tasting session which was a delicious Italian experience and we really enjoyed meeting Pier and his mother during our visit.

An unforgettable experience at Olio Biscott - We had the chance to visit with tasting at Olio Biscotti, and it was an absolutely unforgettable moment! Pier was extraordinary: his explanations were clear, exciting and full of enthusiasm. The tasting was delicious, a real trip to the heart of the flavors of Puglia.
A huge thank you also to his mother, who prepared the tasting with great care and generosity. His touch made this moment even more authentic and tasty.
We particularly appreciated the warm Welcoming, especially as they agreed to receive us at the last moment. This made the experience even more valuable.
A must-see if you are visiting Vieste and want to discover the true Italian extra virgin olive oil and the passion that surrounds it. Thank you again for this great time!

Tradition, history and a great taste experience. - Olio Biscotti in Vieste is a great experience! The olive oil is made for me love and dedication. The family behind the business welcomes you with warmth and genuine passion for their craft. Anyone who has been there immediately feels: Tradition, taste and authenticity count here. Not only interestig but also a good dinner! - One of the best tours we have been to. We were lucky because there was only two of us ( my husband and I), the owner Prier adjusted to our schedule and gave us the most detailed tour, answered all of our questions. We took way longer with all of the questions but he didn’t mind at all. After the tour he and his mother did an amazing dinner, don’t eat before the tour because it was very good and it would be a shame to leave such an amazing food! Also you get wine by the side!
We highly recommend it – don’t miss it under any circumstances! You’ll learn so much about olive trees and olive oil, and you’ll realize why you’ll never want to buy cheap oil again

Great visit to the olive groves - Fascinating tour of olive trees and about the pruning and care of the trees. Interesting to learn how he has used a drone to inspect the trees for potential insect or other concerns.

Nice and informative experience - We had a lovely tour of the olive grove, with information about the olive trees and the harvesting process. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy a delicious tasting, with local food and ofcourse the olive oil. Highly recommended.

One of the best tours ever! - Pierre and I took a wonderful tour of his olive groves, which I can strongly recommend to everyone. You could always feel how much experience he had as an olive oil farmer and how passionate he was about growing organic olives. It would seem that a simple product with a lot of work, experience, gratitude and love is extremely interesting. Finally, he indulged us in his tasting room with local and delicious aperitifs, of course, along with his olive oil. Pierce is also an incredibly interesting man, and we talked to him for hours. This tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you very much Pierre!

Pierre is a very knowledgeable, versatile educated guide and olive farm owner - Olive plantation tour and olive oil tasting , and also tasting small snacks prepared in the traditional style of the southern Italian region of Puglia
