A good day to visit the USS Vandenberg - We have scuba dive around with over 100+ dives. Southpoint was by far one of the best dive operator we have dealt with. It was an easy booking with Palmer at the shop. We had Tommy as our guide. He was friendly and professional. He gave us detailed briefing before each dive which made us comfortable. The Captain, Palmer and Tommy were very safety conscience throughout the day of the excursion, which was excellent. I highly recommend Southpoint if you are looking for dive excursion in the Key West area.

Vandenberg wreck + Southpoint Divers = awesome experience! - Couldn't have been better! Hadn't dived in years so got recertfied before coming to the Keys. My 20 year son and I did a 2 tank reef dive with Dean as our guide. He was fantastic! We felt totally at ease and had a lot of fun. Couldn't wait to get back out so we signed up for a night dive with Southpoint but visibility was too poor for the dive to go out so we rescheduled for the Vandenberg wreck. Honestly, if we hadn't gone out with Dean already we wouldn't have done a 100 foot wreck dive. So glad we did! Never felt unsafe - Southpoint's focus on safety and preparedness was obvious - and we had an experience we'll never forget. Such an iconic dive, not to be missed. Hoping to get back to Key West in the not too distant future and, if we do, we're definitely going diving again with Southpoint.

Vandenberg Morning Dive - We had a great time diving with Southpoint Divers. The staff were professional and gave very good instructions on what to expect. Dive boat was in good condition and Captain Mike certainly knew what he was doing. The current was a little rough but our guide, McKinzie did a great job of keeping us safe. Would recommend and dive with them again.

Fun Dives in Key West - I dove for the second time with Southpoint Divers. It was a very fun experience. Their shop and boat were easy to get to and everyone was very nice. Dean, our guide was very friendly and experienced. The boat was clean and well maintained and equipped and the ride to the dive site was beautiful. Would highly recommend diving on the Vandenberg. It is a great site.

One of the best wreck dives is in Key West - Patty was great at hooking me up with the dive. Great prices and equipment was clean and not worn out. The captain was a pro and Mike (my guide) led us through the awesome Vandenberg wreck and was professional and accommodating. Did wreck dives all over the world, but this was one one of the best. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you Southpoint Divers.

Key West Vandenberg - First rate dive outfit! It’s obvious that safety IS their priority. Check-in was seamless with Patty running the show. Great AND friendly crew that really showed. A small group of us went on 4/1 and enjoyed a great time thanks to all the crew. Our first choice on our return! Thanks to all!

Highly recommended! - I recently dove the Vandenburg with the assistance of Southpoint Divers, and they were great in every aspect. Capt Drew, Patty, Dean and Palmer were extremely helpful and professional. It was quickly apparent that safety on a pretty challenging dive was paramount, and that really increased my comfort level. Thank you all for helping me accomplish a "bucket list" item!

Double dive minus one - I booked a double dive to see the USS Vandenberg wreck. My second dive was excellent, but my first dive was ended due to someone in group having an anxiety attack and running out of air before reaching the ship. Originally I was told I was teamed up with an instructor, but only to find he was teaching 3 students in an advanced course. So I felt ripped off, paying for a dive, only to be tagging along an inexperienced group. Overall I payed $200 AD which included gear hire, so to lose half of it on a NO dive, was a little disappointing.

Worth the ride out. - Winds out of the SE at 15-20 made for a "Sporty" trip out to the Vandenberg. Crew made us comfortable and got us to the site. This was my first trip to the wreck and was not sure what to expect. Visibility was 40' or so but loved the dive. Plenty of coral and fish all over the site. I look forward to visiting again.
