Snorkeling, kayak, sandbar, paddleboard - We had an amazing all-inclusive sandbar and kayak adventure! Logan, Josie, and Ronnie were the perfect crew—professional, attentive, and somehow still made the whole experience feel like we were out on the water with family. The kayak ride through the mangroves was peaceful and beautiful, and the sandbar stop was such a fun highlight. The ride itself was smooth, the boat was spotless, and everything felt well organized. We left the dock at around 10:45am and came back a little after 4pm. Food and drinks were exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive setup—easy, convenient, and kept us going. Highly recommend this experience!

Something for everyone! - Our family had a great time on this trip. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy from banana boats to jet skis to parasailing. The crew was kind and helpful and we felt safe during all of the experiences. They were organized to allow us time to complete the jet skis and parasailing, and were always happy to take us on one more banana boat ride!

Fun Day on the Water - Do it All! - I did the full day Do It All Cruise that included Parasailing and Jet Skiing. It was during Fantasy Fest week, so the boat was only 1/5 full (holds over 100 and only 21 ppl had signed up). This was a 2 story boat, inside for bathrooms, food and beverages. Full beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and a full lunch were provided. I recommend you bring snacks, if needed. Downstairs/inside was nicely air conditioned. Upper deck with bar got really hot. We rode out to the inflatable mini water park (climbing mountain, trampoline, and slide) and anchored there. Groups were sent to parasail and jetski. Activities: parasailying, jetskiing, kayaking, snorkeling, mini water park, banana boating- enough time to do it all! Weather was perfect. Crew were wonderful. Lunch was decent (recommendation to the team - grill beforehand instead of boiling the hot dogs). Some people did not participate with their family members. Others did all the activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. It was a lot of fun and the weather was great.

The excursion was fun, ... - The excursion was fun, plenty of time to do everything, and the food was plentiful. Highly recommended for anyone with teenagers.

We went out with Sunset... - We went out with Sunset Watersports for a day at their water adventure park and we had the best time! From start to finish, the crew were fun and great to be around for the day, the activities were so fun and it was awesome to be able to have them all in one place. Lunch was amazing and very tasty, we would definitely book this again! We got lucky and even saw a few dolphins while we were out jet skiing! Special thanks to Daniel and Atticus, they were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole day.

Birthday tour - Amazing Day!!! 100% worth it! We couldn't have asked for a better tour. Bring cash for the boat crew and the para sailing crew.

An okay experience - Took the all inclusive with parasailing activity. Did not feel it was worth it. Parasailing was fun. But we were told to JetSki in a circle and cannot go outside it. You only get 20 mins to JetSki and going around in circles gets boring. Snorkeling was nothing like the dedicated snorkeling tours. The location where they took us did not have any fish or coral reefs. And they didn't even give any instructions on how to snorkel. You just have to take the mask, kayak to a certain distance and do the snorkeling. Banana boat ride was fun, but because of their congested schedule, the trips were short, just 3-5 mins. You dont get time to do anything else much like paddle board or kayak, because it takes about 20-30 mins to get to the location where they halt the boat and then the instructions and form filling takes another 20-30 mins. And they stop all the water activities about an hour before, so you just get about 3.5 hours for the activities. Even after giving tips online, the parasailing people said they were not part of Sunset water sports and were literally after us to tip them separately The staff however were friendly and accommodating and genuinely tried to make the experience better

Wrongful Death, Avoid - Horrible business. We showed up on site, checked in, waited around, went out to sea, and when we got to activities they said we couldn’t be out and had to go back. After 4 hours of time wasted, Sunset was unwilling to provide any compensation for their delay. I had only requested vouchers for us to come another time, a reasonable request. The manager and Katie were extremely rude about my request, practically unapologetic. Sunset staff was questioning managements decision while we were on the boat stating they knew this would happen. The captain stated winds came in 3 hours earlier than expected, so the original intention was to take us out and only give us half a day without even a refund. I made reviews on other websites and the owner has proceeded to blatantly lie and attack my character, I can’t believe an owner would ever resort to this. However it does explain why Sunset allows awful behavior from their staff. We also found out during our trip that Sunset was found legally liable for the wrongful death of 2 people. I’m glad ultimately we didn’t go out, I didn’t realize we were risking our lives, nor did we realize that the “all inclusive” was very structured and you get limited jet ski time. I’d avoid this business at all cost. I hear much better reviews about Fury.

Wasted 1/2 a day and provided no compensation, atrocious! - We showed up today to do watersports, today is supposed to be windy while a cold front comes in. We arrived and went out to sea. Upon arrival at our activities, the crew informed us we’d have to leave due to weather/wind. We woke up early, drove here, parked, waited to board and finally take off, just to do absolutely nothing! We went straight out and came right back in. The crew was even complaining about why did we go out, we knew this would happen. When we got back in they told us all to request a refund at the desk. Katie was extremely rude and was unapologetic. I requested a refund plus vouchers for us to come another time, as they wasted half a day of our Key West time with this. The manager was pretty unapologetic and said they can’t control the weather they can’t do anything but refund us. They wasted half a day of our Key West vacation because they wanted to try and sneak in a day not letting anyone know there was a potential for this. It’s absurd to me that they wouldn’t offer any sort of compensation for the massive inconvenience. I’d avoid this business at all costs, you don’t know if they’ll just take you out to feel sea sick and then come back without anything to make it right. Terrible!
