Great value & great time! - Captain John and his crew were absolutely amazing! Very well organized and very fun! From jet skis to parasailing, we did it all and loved it all! Even the lunch was good, especially the chicken nuggets! Thank you for the stories and memories!

Best Day Ever!!! - We booked this excursion on our spring break vacation and we had the best time! Every single member of the crew went above and beyond to make our experience the best ever! The captain was awesome , the jet ski guys, the banana boat guys, the parasailing guys, and the interior crew we're just awesome awesome! I don't want to name anybody by name because I don't want to leave anybody out but every single person was amazing . The lunch was delicious the activities were on point and my family had an amazing time highly highly highly recommend!

Epic 50th Birthday Celebration - Our adventure with Sunset Watersports was absolutely EPIC from beginning to end! We were a party of 9, celebrating a family member’s 50th birthday. Captain John, Sidney,Terrence - who was a new hire, and the entire crew made sure every single activity was safe, exciting, and unforgettable. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality took the whole experience to another level. Parasailing was breathtaking — soaring high above the water with those incredible views was something we’ll never forget! The jet skiing was pure adrenaline and so much fun. Kayaking with the snorkeling was peaceful and scenic, giving us a chance to really take in the beauty of the water. And the banana boat ride? Non-stop laughs and excitement from start to finish! The crew made sure we felt comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept the vibes positive the entire time. They were attentive, fun, and truly made us feel like VIP guests. If you’re looking for adventure, fun, and a top-tier experience on the water, Sunset Watersports is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back and do it all over again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

Great Hospitality! - Our crew showed wonderful hospitality from beginning to end of our excursion. They provided clear instructions for the jet skis, prepared a good lunch, and made sure our family enjoyed all the activities that we desired! Even though the water was a little chillier than what we’re used to, the boat was stocked with wetsuits that could be rented. It made swimming and snorkeling much more enjoyable! The snorkeling is not on a reef, so not much to see, but it was a good opportunity to let our 13-year-old son learn how. A bonus was being checked out by a small pod of dolphins as we were returning on the small transport boat after jet skiing. Overall, it was an enjoyable day!

Snorkeling, kayak, sandbar, paddleboard - We had an amazing all-inclusive sandbar and kayak adventure! Logan, Josie, and Ronnie were the perfect crew—professional, attentive, and somehow still made the whole experience feel like we were out on the water with family. The kayak ride through the mangroves was peaceful and beautiful, and the sandbar stop was such a fun highlight. The ride itself was smooth, the boat was spotless, and everything felt well organized. We left the dock at around 10:45am and came back a little after 4pm. Food and drinks were exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive setup—easy, convenient, and kept us going. Highly recommend this experience!

It can get crowded and you might miss some activities - Staff is great and the concept is also great, however there were a few things that took one star off: The jet ski and para sailing are time limited. You get a slot, and based on that slot, all the other activities are decided. Ours were awkwardly apart which did not leave enough time to go kayaking to snorkel for example. We got an estimate that we are up to jet ski in 20 minutes, so we stayed, and ended up waiting an hour, which did not leave enough time when we got back Which brings me to the second issue, when the tour is full, like we had, 105 people is just too many people on the boat, and also the reason we had to miss activities. They just put too many people on the tour. The boat is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food was decent

An okay experience - Took the all inclusive with parasailing activity. Did not feel it was worth it. Parasailing was fun. But we were told to JetSki in a circle and cannot go outside it. You only get 20 mins to JetSki and going around in circles gets boring. Snorkeling was nothing like the dedicated snorkeling tours. The location where they took us did not have any fish or coral reefs. And they didn't even give any instructions on how to snorkel. You just have to take the mask, kayak to a certain distance and do the snorkeling. Banana boat ride was fun, but because of their congested schedule, the trips were short, just 3-5 mins. You dont get time to do anything else much like paddle board or kayak, because it takes about 20-30 mins to get to the location where they halt the boat and then the instructions and form filling takes another 20-30 mins. And they stop all the water activities about an hour before, so you just get about 3.5 hours for the activities. Even after giving tips online, the parasailing people said they were not part of Sunset water sports and were literally after us to tip them separately The staff however were friendly and accommodating and genuinely tried to make the experience better

Wrongful Death, Avoid - Horrible business. We showed up on site, checked in, waited around, went out to sea, and when we got to activities they said we couldn’t be out and had to go back. After 4 hours of time wasted, Sunset was unwilling to provide any compensation for their delay. I had only requested vouchers for us to come another time, a reasonable request. The manager and Katie were extremely rude about my request, practically unapologetic. Sunset staff was questioning managements decision while we were on the boat stating they knew this would happen. The captain stated winds came in 3 hours earlier than expected, so the original intention was to take us out and only give us half a day without even a refund. I made reviews on other websites and the owner has proceeded to blatantly lie and attack my character, I can’t believe an owner would ever resort to this. However it does explain why Sunset allows awful behavior from their staff. We also found out during our trip that Sunset was found legally liable for the wrongful death of 2 people. I’m glad ultimately we didn’t go out, I didn’t realize we were risking our lives, nor did we realize that the “all inclusive” was very structured and you get limited jet ski time. I’d avoid this business at all cost. I hear much better reviews about Fury.
