A must for families visiting Key West - What a great trip!! My daughter and 9 year old grandson came to visit me in Key West and we went on this tour. We loved it! First they took us out very far to a Coral Reef and I have never seen such beautiful blue ocean. Then the view from the glass bottom boat was amazing. We were able to see so much under water life and the guides were so knowledgeable explaining what we were seeing. All the staff were just amazing. There were so many families with children and the children all seemed so happy and impressed. Great family adventure. Thank you Fury

Don’t expect to see... - Don’t expect to see anything unusual when arriving at the coral reef. After several minutes you have seen all you are going to see. However, our narrator did an excellent job of trying to keep our interest providing interesting facts. The person who made announcements over the loudspeaker needs a tutorial in speaking. No one even tired to listen because her enunciation was awful and it was impossible to know what she was saying. In her defense, the speaker system was terrible. We were on the sunset trip & that was worth the trip to see the beautiful sunset. Plus several dolphins joined our boat just outside the harbor.

A one time thing - The crew was knowledgeable. Waiting for the tour isn’t pleasant as they have no waiting spot, but want you to check in at least 30 minutes before. They do offer water to drink. The tour is okay it’s definitely just a one time excursion. With all this we didn’t get to see the reef because of choppy conditions and just stayed in the gulf.

A beautiful learning experience - This was a nice visit to the reef. THe tour guides were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer questions. My only ‘complaint’ was that I wish we could have stayed a little longer. (And the AC in the cabin was struggling as well.)

Beautiful Sunset, Nice Clean Boat - I enjoyed the whole experience with my two sons, ages 13 and 15. We couldn’t go out to the reef due to winds, which I wish I knew before booking. We booked last minute and I think they should have had a heads up on that. We went to the Gulf side and I feel we didn’t see that many variety of fish there. The ride was nice and smooth and there were plenty of places for people to sit in the air conditioned cabin. The only thing I worried about is parents carrying their young kids when they were walking on the deck. The line should prohibit that. I saw several guests a little u steady on their feet carrying babies with one arm and the railing was not high enough. As a Mom, it just made me nervous! Anyways - beautiful sunset and our guide gave lots of fun information on the way. A real pro. Would recommend.

Snooze Fest - This is the second time I've booked it and didn't get to see the barrier reef. We went to get out of the heat and chill. It was quite hot on the boat however. We only saw a few fish and a ton of sponges. So disappointing and boring.

Poorly Orchestrated, paid too much for nothing! - Workers- ticket takers allowed a large group, who just bought tickets, to jump ahead of the line making it difficult to board. Glass bottom was cloudy and the worst part, there were no fish to see! The worst glass bottom boat trip I have ever been on! Paid too much for nothing!
