• Via Vicchio e Paterno, 91 - Guests are warmly invited to our Villa nestled in the Florentine hills, where traditional Tuscan home recipes, lovingly passed down from grandparents, will be prepared together.
  We will create:
• Two varieties of fresh handmade pasta: Tagliatelle and Ravioli (filled with ricotta and spinach, a special recipe from grandmother Lina)
• Meatballs in tomato sauce, following grandmother Siliana’s recipe
• Finally, a demonstration on making delicious homemade ice cream
  High-quality, local, and largely organic ingredients will be used.
  During our joyful time together, guests can enjoy excellent Tuscan wines.
  In spring and summer, meals will be served on the villa’s terrace, surrounded by the countryside, offering a stunning view of Florence and the Tuscan landscape. Sharing a bit of family history will be a pleasure. Small groups are welcomed to ensure a curated, special, and intimate experience.
  Round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Florence to our Villa in the hills is included (a short drive of about 10 minutes).

Experience a truly unique and genuine stay at our Villa nestled in the Florentine hills, offering stunning views of Florence and surrounded by the serene countryside. The Operator is eager to share the cherished recipes passed down from their grandparents. Together, participants will prepare two types of HOMEMADE PASTA: Tagliatelle and Ravioli. Following this, they will cook meatballs in tomato sauce, and finally, learn to make delicious homemade ICE CREAM, either “smoked with coffee” mocha or with fresh fruit.

Enjoy the freshly prepared dishes on the villa’s terrace, enveloped by nature, while savoring excellent Tuscan WINES, including bubbly, white, and organic red varieties. The breathtaking VIEW of Florence will make this experience truly unforgettable. The Operator will also share stories about their family and grandparents, accompanied by a memory book.
