Excellent tour - The best tour we did in Florence - excellent tour guide, very informative about the key pieces in the gallery and we were able to explore at our leisure once finished, would 100% recommend.

Great tour with Vicky - Vicky was an amazing guide. She was patient, kind, friendly and knew all of our names as soon as we began. She explained everything in detail and was able to answer lots of questions from a couple of people who knew art very well. A very knowledgeable guide.

Small group tour worth every cent! - Our guide Bruce was wonderful! He shared so much insight without there being too much information to feel overwhelmed. He brought each painting alive with his observations and information. We loved the tour & the amazing paintings we explored. Don’t miss this gallery it is truly amazing!

Educational - Andrea was our tour leader . She was informative, considerate and provided interesting insights into the artists and works we saw at the Uffizi . She also navigated the crowd at the Uffizi very effectively. We enjoyed our tour with her.

Brilliant - Manuella was our guide. Her passion for art and her deep understanding of art history meant that we came away from the tour with a real appreciation of the development of artistic style from the medieval period to the Renaissance. We particularly liked the “behind the scenes” commentary she provided that provided context for the paintings we saw. A great tour.

Informative and relaxed tour - Anna is very knowledgable art historian and she speaks excellent German. The tour covered the main art pieces and Anna made sure we understood the context and enabled us to appreciate the artists achievements even more. One of the best tours I had in Italy.

Excellent art works but too many visitors. - The art works are excellent. We booked a small group tour at 2:30. We got there at 2:00 to check in. Were put in waiting line and eventually got to the 1st piece of art at ~3:00. The guider showed us a few master pieces and left with free tour.

Disappointing!! - We were very disappointed with this tour. It was advertised as 2 hours but it took 45 minutes to get into the first gallery. Our guide spent valuable time standing at the windows and talking about the sights around the city OUTSIDE of the museum. She was rude to me when I suggested that we should focus on the interior of the museum and the fabulous art. Two hours in we finally reached the most important galleries on the top floor and we still had another floor to go. Unfortunately, we had only planned for the two hours so we had to leave. The guide did not have good English and she made no effort to get the group in front of the art she was explaining, instead talking about it from the middle of the room so we had to try to get close ourselves or peer through the crowds. I don’t believe she had a degree in art or was very knowledgeable as her descriptions focused on obscure often irrelevant details. She often left the group behind as she walked very fast. Extremely disappointed!
