You’ll have the freedom to explore its charming, winding streets at your leisure. Please note that the private option does not include a guided tour of San Gimignano, allowing guests more time to discover the town independently.

The next stop is an authentic Italian family farm, where our good friends will offer you an exclusive tour of the vineyards, winery, and wine cellars. You’ll then enjoy a delicious, all-inclusive lunch featuring local, seasonal ingredients, perfectly paired with Chianti wines selected to enhance each dish’s flavors.
• Siena - Siena stands as one of the world’s best-preserved examples of medieval Italian architecture. Unscathed by German bombing during WWII, this historical treasure is home to the Palio, one of the most thrilling and dangerous horse races globally.
• Piazza del Campo - During your free time, your tour leader will suggest visiting this iconic square. Here, you can pause and imagine the excitement of the fervent horse races that compete for the honor of winning the palio, a prestigious hand-painted silk banner.
• Duomo di Siena - If time permits, a visit to the Siena Cathedral, a true Tuscan gem, during your free time is highly recommended!
• Piazza della Repubblica - At the end of the day, relax on your comfortable private coach bus back to Florence. All logistics are handled, so you can simply enjoy the food, sights, and scenery.

When in Florence, be sure to take a day trip to the picturesque and culinary haven of the Tuscan countryside. This small-group tour allows you to explore the charming streets of the UNESCO-listed village of San Gimignano. Delight in a seasonal lunch and wine tastings at a family-owned farm in the Chianti region, and explore the beautifully preserved medieval town of Siena, known for its stunning cathedral and the renowned Palio horse race. The group size is capped at 14 to ensure a more personalized experience.

• Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
• Those with dietary restrictions need to contact us after booking the tour so we can arrange your lunch. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegans or those with celiacs.
• Tickets for the Siena Cathedral are not included in the tour price. If you wish to visit the Cathedral, your tour leader will assist you. The Cathedral is closed on Sundays and for certain holy days.
• In order to get into the city center, we utilize small luxury minivans. This allows us to avoid the parking lots outside of the center requiring us to walk. Your guide may need to split time between vehicles on groups larger than 8.
