The ice cream class you will definitely want to attend in Florence - This class was fun and engaging. The cook was great at teaching us how to make gelato and ice cream.. The small group atmosphere gave us the opportunity to have a really hands-on experience. Bellissimo.!

A fun activity for all ages - A fun hands on experience for all ages to learn how to make sorbet and gelato. I couldn’t believe how delicious the sorbet tasted. Our instructor made sure we understood the ingredients & why they were used.

A fun family experience - We did a private class with our two kids aged 8 and 10. Chef Fabrizio had the kids do EVERYTHING and they loved every minute. Seriously the best gelato we had in Italy (and we ate a LOT of gelato in every city).
Fabrizio was very attentive, encouraging and the kids said the experience was the highlight of their whole trip to Italy. Definitely recommend. Recipes could easily be adapted to a home kitchen. What the kids said: Fabrizio was funny and helped us a lot to make the gelato and let us do it on our own. Ingredients were pre-measured so we just got to do the fun stuff

Fun experience making delicious gelato! - Our gelato making experience was SO MUCH FUN! Our teacher involved all of us in the process, even the kids. Everyone absolutely loved it and the gelato was so delicious! All of us said it was a major highlight of our vacation. I just made my first batch of gelato at home and can't wait to eat it!

Fun for the whole family. - My children, ages 9 and 14, loved learning how gelato is made. They had fun whisking ingredients, putting the liquid into the gelato machine and tasting the end product.

Amazing!!! - The truth is an amazing experience, we were lucky to be alone with the chef and had a great time, it is super fun, the ice cream is delicious, knows several languages so that is not a problem and on top of that it is super funny the chef and funny, 10000/10 recommended

So fun and yummy! - We had such a fun night learning to make a fresh Italian dinner. We made an artichoke quiche, fresh pasta, and dessert. Then, you get to enjoy what you made with new friends over wine. We were also given the recipes to take home. A must do for sure!
