I got so much from what I... - I got so much from what I paid for. Armando was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was one of the best tours we’ve had during our trip to Italy.

A very fun way to spend the day in Tuscany. Florence, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, Chianti. - Our travel agent booked this tour. We were very pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. Our guide- Giancarlo- was easily the best guide we had in Italy. Knowledgeable. Personable. Very accommodating. Always smiling. We felt we really were family, to him. We were unsure if all guides were so good. But after 4-5 tours, Giancarlo is by far the best. No close second. We feel blessed to have been shown around Tuscany by an amazing human! I would actually recommend others ask for Giancarlo by name. I guarantee a great time.

Wonderful city walking tour - Marino, our tour guide explained very detailed information and provided great tips to travel in Florence. Under the hottest season, 2 hours 15min seems quite long but we could seat some ponts during the tour. After 6pm, wheather was much better to walk. Thanks, Marino!

Florence walking tour - Alessandro was an outstanding tour guide. He is a local, with tremendous knowledge of the city of Florence, its history, art and architecture. He was thorough, humorous, and patient in assuring he was adequately answering questions. He did a great job of giving tourists a local perspective on how to find the off the beaten path places and to save money. He even went out his way to keep us in shaded areas on a very hot day. This was a great tour to get an overview of Florence and I would highly recommend it.

Fun, informative tour - Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. He was very prepared with museum hours and closures, tips for good ticket prices, etc. He was also careful to stand our group in the shade and let us know where to fill up water bottles on the very hot day.

Cover alot of ground with a great tour - We got mixed messages about where to meet up (I would guess my confusion not theirs!) but we eventually met up with the guide and tour at the 2nd stop! That said, using TA to message the tour company was really helpful and they quickly responded. Armando was a great guide and the use of the earbuds to hear him was awesome. We took a group photo at the end and I hope we can get a copy! He kept us in the shade as much as possible and shared alot of great information about the sites and also shared recommendations throughout the city.
