Great guide! - Annetta was a wonderful guide. She helped us understand the artistic development in the museum. She took us to some interesting places I wouldn't have kniwn to seek out. She kept us in the shade when possible, made sure everyone was present at all times, and maintained a pace that was good for a couple of older folks.

Florence on foot - Very informative. Guide was very well versed in her history and had no problem answering any questions. Loves her city and it’s rich history.

Tour of Florence Led by Stephanie - We really enjoyed this tour. We started with the Museum of the Academia, with artwork by several artists. The big draw is the Statue of David, a 17-foot tall marble statue that is very realistic. Then it was a great walking tour of the city and the Duomo. Stephanie was a wealth of information, sharing lots of history, mixed with a bit of the present day. We really enjoyed it!

Florence with "perks" - First of all, our guide was AMAZING! She was filled with passion and knowledge about all things Florence and Michelangelo. The tour itself was well worth the money and the information that was shared with us. The only thing I would suggest (this may be a Viator issue) is to be more clear as to where to get your tickets prior to the tour starting. On a previous Viator tour we were required to go get a ticket from a ticket office prior to boarding a boat. The ticket off was quite some ways a way. So for this tour we spent an hour before the tour looking for a ticket office only to find out that our guide was holding the tickets and no office was needed. Like I said, no fault of the guide...she was wonderful!

Tour was very informative and the guide was very nice. We got to see the highlights and the skip the line was a must! - The tour guide was friendly and informative. The skip the line was a must and worth it. With limited time in this beautiful city we appreciated seeing the highlights and learning about what we were seeing.

Check the fine print.... - Disappointing tour overall. They are quite sneaky in not specifying that there is no skip the line for the duomo and so guide decided to only walk around the outside because he didn’t want to wait in line. So there is no duomo tour and certainly no ticket for the duomo as advertised. The fine print on the tour conditions looks deliberately vague on this part of the tour. The tour of the academia was very short and light on detail. The rest of the tour was no more than you could get from a couple of bbc documentaries. Our guide kept repeating himself and padded out the time to three hours. This is an exceptional expensive tour for what you get. The only line you skip is the very short one at the academia, there is no line skipping at the duomo, only skipping the inside entirely. If you want something as advertised I’d look elsewhere.
