Amazing highlights tour ! - Our guide was a true Florentine, which made the experience even more special. She has an excellent knowledge of art and history and explains it in a way that feels very connected to real life, not abstract or academic. We saw all the main highlights without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The tour was well-paced, engaging, and never tiring. A truly wonderful experience — highly recommended. Grazie !

Good tour, two museums and local highlights. - Loved this tour with Larisa. We booked the semi private tour and it ended up being just the four of us. She had a lot of helpful background and we had an interactive experience. There was a long line at the ufizzi gallery, even with the skip the line tickets, but she didn’t cut our time short, which was appreciated. All in all, a nice day to experience the highlights of the city.

Florence by Eleanor is perfecto! - Eleanor was our guide. She was great! Our tour ended up being just the two of us because the other couple did not arrive. We went to Accademia first and hit all the highlights, focusing on Michelangelo and his sculpting. Elenanor also works with University students, so she had a very artistic view of all these works of art. We then strolled through Florence to Uffizi. She took us to areas we had not yet seen or learned about and provided a rich history of the area. There is a break for a cafe, if you want, and a break for a quick lunch. Then we spent quite a bit of time in the Uffizi. She took us to all the highlights on the 4th floor, highlighting the famous artists: Michelangelo, Leonardo, Rafael. She also pointed out so much history of the museum and details to notice. We ended the tour in the Uffizi with her, with some top gelato recommendations, and continued on to enjoy the rest of the museum on our own. Highly recommend this tour with Eleanor!

A great introduction to the art and history of Florence - Annette was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and also kind. I’m sure that I would have spent about 5 seconds on many of the paintings but she explained the art and linked artists, their time periods, and their influences. We did the David and city tour, then we broke for an hour to have lunch, and then we did the Uffizi. I highly recommend this tour and Annette! I purposely chose a tour with a maximum of 8 people and we only had 4 in the AM and 2 in the PM. Way better than the giant tour groups!
