Best Way To See The City - The last bus is 4-5pm. Excellent staff and service. Would definitely recommend trying this out in any city.

This is great for people... - This is great for people who can’t walk all the way to places… it also gives a great overview of the sites so you can pick and choose what you want to see.

A day in Florence - Worth doing for a day in Florence . For those who like to site see versus lining up to view art or museums, but still allow hop off at your specific spots

Solo travel - This is a great way to get an overview of the city. Get up early though and catch one of the earlier busses though. I tried to get on at noon and had to wait 1.5 hours for a bus that had room. Also you can purchase same day tickets in line and you can catch the bus from other locations. Do both lines (A&B). Get to see so much!

Buses not on schedule - Red line unavailable after 14:00 pm due to unexplained reasons. Never got to finish all stops. Blue line bus stop 5 not even close to schedule. Over one and a half hour late.

Over 2 hours for bus to arrive to just sit in traffic. I do not recommend for Florence. - Don't waste €29 euros to sit in traffic. We waited 2 hours 13 minutes in the queue on Wednesday 20 May as the 1st two buses were full. And then the tour was just listening to music, not much information on the traffic jam we were in, no historical sights lined up with the audio. I love these buses and have been on quite a few because they're a great way to see a city but I would not recommend Florence at all. It was an awful experience. Staff were stressed and couldn't give us a definitive answer when the next bus would arrive, everyone was fed up waiting but they kept taking people's money and telling them to join the queue. We got less than halfway round, got off and explored ourselves on foot for fear of wasting another 2 hours of our day trip in Florence.

Poor management - I would not recommend the organisation associated with this tour. I have done several hop on/off city bus tours but this was the worst experience. We purchased tickets online then immediately joined the queue at one of the stops. Three busses were full so no option to board. The busses were every 25 mins or so. We gave it 2 hours waiting at the same stop. The staff at the stop were still taking bookings rather than managing the queue and warning people of the likely wait time. Not impressed at all and I will not buy another tour from this company.

Bus didn’t turn up - The bus never turned up. Please give us a refund. We had a small child in the heat. Would not do again

Don't waste your money - Dreadful waste of time and money. They don't have enough buses, so we didn't have time to hop on and off because we couldn't be sure how long we'd wait for the next bus and whether we'd actually get on. We had initially waited 45 minutes (the queue was very long and we didn't get on the first bus that came). So frustrating because the nice bit of the tour is once you've crossed the river. Once on the bus we plugged our headphones in to listen to the hopefully interesting information about what we would see. There was a lot of music but not a lot of speaking. That’s because the route we followed didn’t have much worth seeing. There were a lot of roadworks (which we had been warned about) and I noticed at least once that we were told something was on one side when in fact it was on the opposite side - presumably because of the roadworks so the recording hadn’t been updated. Then when something sounded interesting several times there was in interruption in Italian and we didn’t hear the English. Other times the bus driver was driving so fast we flew past what was being talked about and missed it.
