• Castelfranco Emilia - At this cheese factory, you will be introduced to the world of parmesan cheese and uncover its secrets. Each wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano holds more than meets the eye, thanks to the complex traditional recipe and the controlled conditions of the entire process.

Witness cheese makers in action and observe the entire process. The factory tour will lead you to the aging room (‘stagionatura’ in Italian), where you will admire rows and columns of cheese wheels filling the air with their aroma. The factory also produces a variety of organic cheeses.

The caseificio tour concludes with a tasting of different types of Parmesan Cheese and ricotta, accompanied by local products.

• Villabianca - Acetaia Sereni is a leader in producing traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena and a wide range of sweet and sour condiments. Enjoy a traditional lunch at the property’s restaurant, which offers stunning views. The lunch features dishes typical of the Emilia-Romagna region, perfectly paired with various balsamic vinegars.

• Castelvetro di Modena - Fattoria Moretto is currently managed by Fausto and Fabio, the third generation of the Altariva family. The winery’s roots date back to the early 1960s when their grandfather, Antonio Altariva, relocated the family from Pavullo nel Frignano to the hills of Castelvetro to embark on a winemaking venture under a sharecropping contract.
  In 1995, Fausto transitioned vineyard cultivation to the “integrated production” method, marking the first step towards organic farming.
  Today, Fattoria Moretto focuses on showcasing the unique characteristics of the Lambrusco Grasparossa territory, prioritizing quality over quantity.
  In the heart of the Lambrusco Grasparossa region, about 200 meters above sea level, Fausto and Fabio Altariva passionately cultivate their lands. The farm, entirely run with organic methods, spans non-adjacent parcels on the hills of Castelvetro.
