Traveling at its best! - Ornella was engaging and patient with our large group. She also found ways to make our trip more enjoyable by not walking as much. Lunch selection was a hit

A fabulous day in Cinque Terre and Pisa - It was wonderful!!! Q Elizabeth was an amazing guide. She was very thorough with the information… details matter when you are traveling as a group. She made sure we kept the schedule. Her use of WhatsApp made it so easy. Our driver, Stefano was also fantastic… safe driving, he got us to station in time to catch the train and the ride to and from Piazzalle Montelungo was comfortable and spot on time! We got lucky because everyone in our group was friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence. I would definitely book another tour with them! Thank you Q. Elizabeth and Stefano!!! 🫶🏼❤️🥰

5 starts trip - Our trip today, January 11, 2026 went as planned. The guide Elizabeth kept us all on track and on time. She took the extra time to explain some areas and was very kind. I recommend this trip to anyone visiting Florence, Cinque Terra and Pisa for the first time. We had plenty of time at all locations. This company did an amazing job putting the trip. I recommend it 100%. The bus driver did an amazing job driving us and ensured we felt very secure and safe. A top 5 starts

Great balance of "guided experience" and relaxing "free time". - Loved this trip! Best part: Being able to get to the Italian Riviera/Cinque Terre, without having to figure out the logistics ourselves. Going with the group, we had the bus to get to where we got the train, and our tour guide to get us to the train station and guide us where to go. She gave some information and pointed out some of the history of italian countryside and what we were seeing along the way on the bus and when we got to each location she gave us a brief history of the area. After that, you werr on your own to explore the area and see what you wanted to see until the group time for meeting up. It felt like the best of a guided trip AND a relaxing day with free time, all together in the same experience. Where some trips, the entire group has to do the same thing the whole time, this gave the flexibility to use the free time with just your travel party and see what you wanted to see without the rest of the group, and then come back together to get to the next location. It was about a 12 hour day in total with about 6 of those hours traveling and 6 hours exploring or eating, so prepare for that. Loved being able to see so much in one day, and get to relax and not stress while getting to the next locations.

Cinque and Pisa experience - Fast 15 min walking to get to train. Time in Cinque could have been shorter or had some where to buy gifts. Longer time in Pisa.

Haden crams a lot into one day - Having stayed for at least a week in each city on an extended train tour, the bustle of a day bus excursion was a shock. Happily, Haden has the calm resolve of an experienced tour guide. He kept to time, pivoted as required and was relentlessly cheerful in the face of exhausted tourists failing to respond to his humour. But his charming patter, advice on all and sundry and personal attention to detail sets him apart. All in all, a great experience - even if perhaps too short at Pisa. However, even there, his insights directed us to maximise the time.

Five Fishing Villages Not Worth It, Pizza Can - Five Fishing Village may be out of season, so it seems relatively quiet, the view is also average, the guide recommends arranging lunch is not cost-effective, the amount is small, taste is also average. Then there is the route from the bus down to the train station, which adds up to 40 minutes round trip, and the bus stop could be improved. Pizza is good overall, it's late, it's dark at 5, it's almost 4:30 by pizza, so there's very little time.
