Florence Duomo - It was ok. The best part, I think, is the outside of the bldg. I thought it would be a bigger deal. I liked the Duomo in Sienna better.flo

Read what is offered it’s not a full skip the queue - The Ticket was well worth the money. The ticket covered the Cathedral, the crypt area, the museum and the baptistery. That’s too much to do in one day, so we did the cathedral and the crypt on the day and came back the next day for the rest- you’ve got 3 days. But read the offer well. I read skip the queue, but it was skip the queue to the ticket office. You still had to join the queue to get in and being between Christmas and New Year, the queue was over an hour.

Beautiful Duomo - Unclear instructions on how to enter the Duomo and security was rude and unhelpful. Duomo itself is beautiful, make sure you go downstairs, the displays are interesting

Unnecessary expense - This was not a fast track ticket at all, presented it to the person at the entrance and told No, no priority. We ended up in line with people with cheaper, non priority tickets. The queue, which we had hoped to avoid with this ticket, took an hour. Extremely disappointed and is the second ticket bought through TripAdvisor that cost me more than necessary. Will be going through more direct means on my next break away.

Poor communication. - The communication with the tour operators was not good. When I received a message by Whatsapp the day before the event, I honestly thought it was spam. It did not describe what I had bought, the confirmation numbers were different and it was for only 1 adult. I reached out to the tour operator and mentioned there was only 1 ticket. I was repeatedly told, “just use the pdf”. All other events I’ve booked through Viator had 1 ticket for 2 adults. I thought that our ticket must be for 2. Because the weather caused my cell service to be glitchy, I took a screen shot of my ticket to use in case I couldn’t get to my pdf. That’s what happened. The guard yelled at me for using a photo. I finally got the pdf to load on my phone and he yelled at me for only having 1 ticket. The people behind me said they had one ticket for 2 people, also We finally figured out the second ticket was further away in the pdf from the first ticket. It would be helpful if that was explained in the email, or if the 2 tiny barcodes were closer than pages away. And if the confirmation numbers matched. That was really concerning and made me sure the email was either spam or a mistake. But the Duomo and museum were fantastic.

Don’t bother. No fast track, no perks. - This is silly. There is no skip the line—it’s everyone in one line. I purchased thinking we would spend less time in the cold and rain—nope. Bell tower not included. Dome access not included. The only tour I’ve purchased where I felt cheated.

Disappointing - There was no tour. We got a WhatsApp message in the middle of the night telling us not to meet the guide and just to down load the tickets. The Bell tower was closed- not their fault, but they should not have charged for this.

Do not purchase pass! - Worst viator experience! We were in line for about 40 minutes just to be told we couldn’t access the Duomo with our pass. They told us to go to the other side of the building to access it but it was for the Reparata which was the only part we were able to access. The main attraction was the Duomo. Complete waste of time and money. I submitted a dispute to get partial credit and was denied. Strongly don’t recommend!

Getting the actual... - Getting the actual tickets from Viator is such a pain. You’re better off getting tickets directly from the venue. Also the fast pass does nothing. The experience itself was good, Viator is just pointless.

Mislead and frustrated - Very poor direction. Arrived at the Duomo and still waited in a very long line since there was zero direction on how to "skip the line". This Duomo is FREE to get enter! Tried calling after speaking with a rep. And was told cancellation and refund was not possible. Very confusing and disappointed. Would not use this service again
