While it was low season,... - While it was low season, they still had lines forming outside -- so I opted to book a tour with easy access and audio! I'm so glad I did it!

Skipped the Very Long Line - The admission line was very long, and we were so glad we’d signed up for this experience, since we bypassed that line to scoot right in. The audio guide is extra, but our cost was only €6 or €7 apiece, and worth it.

Wonderful! We've been... - Wonderful! We were treated great in 5 minutes I was inside. The guy who welcomed us super nice and let us in immediately! Great booking here is a great solution

Amazing David - Alex was a great tour guide, I highly recommend this tour. We gathered at the pre determined meeting location and were checked in and provided with our audio units. Alex led us through with great explanation of the history of the statues.

The David is a must ! - We booked tickets with crown tours as the academia tickets were sold out for the day a time we wanted. This was a non guided tour. Their representative met us as the meeting point and took us via the group line- it was smooth. we had downloaded the ricks reeves audio guide on the David and it was superb. Gave us some good insights with interesting history stories. Visit to Florence is worth The David - a must do.

Excellent museum once we figured out the tickets! - We purchased skip the line tickets through Italy Pass Tours and had some difficulty figuring out how to redeem the tickets - you have to go to their office at Via de Pucci 37. However once we figured that out the owner helped us make our entrance time - very helpful!
The museum was fantastic - a great size for families too. It was not so big that our children were dragging. We got the audio guides for €6 each - definitely recommend them.

Following directions to... - Following directions to voucher stand that is inside. Meet the ticket guy at a door right outside of the entrance. Short wait to enter. Give yourself at least 20 minutes to make the stops before entering.

Flourish - First you have to go to c/o an address x a sticker , then c/o academy x further appointment x tickets. my request was necessary info x audioguide. Subsequent to the request is provided links with audioguide with rather unpleasant artificial voice

Don’t bother skipping this line - We never got our tickets, we emailed without reply. Arrived for a 10:15 only to be told then our tour was delayed to 11:15. We paid for an audio tour and we were not given information or audio devices. We paid for skip the line, a total joke. We would have had as good a tour by paying 40% less. Don’t book with this tour company.

Skip these tickets!! - We had skip-the-line tickets for 10:15. We were told upon arrival that our tickets were now for 11:15. There was no prior communication to advise this change. Two of us never received our electronic tickets, and there was no response to a message requesting re-submission of e-tickets. Once inside the Galleria, we were told that the audio guide portion that was paid for was not valid and we should check the app. We were not advised of this either and were unwilling to pay another 6€ per person as we had already paid more than the entrance fee to the museum. It was a gong show!!
