Venue is very busy so... - Venue is very busy so beware of big crowds especially around the statue of David. Take advantage of the other areas of the museum

Informational and entertaining tour - Our tour of the statue of David was amazing. We had a tour guide, Mario, that was so informative and passionate about everything in that museum. It was absolutely beautiful to see how much she loved all the history involved in the museum. I do have to say that having three boys under the age of 17 it was a little difficult for them because they weren't as engaged as perhaps was needed for this length of tour and information. As an adult, I would recommend it, especially because the Mario was so great at telling us all the ins and outs of the stories and history that none of us Americans really know. He was amazing!

Highly recommended - Maria was fantastic! She provided us with so much more than a “food tour”. Her knowledge about Florence is vast and she imparts that to her clients. She gave us great recommendations for our stay after we left her. I highly recommend Maria as a guide!

Visit to see The David - This was very well organized Good communication and easy to find our meeting place Arrived, received our tickets and entered the gallery

No flag but figured it out - It was pretty confusing. Just ask some one from another tour company. Our person was not holding the flag

Really worth doing this - Everything went smoothly and we collected our tickets as directed. It saved us so much time and there were no difficulties getting into the museum.

Perfect - This was amazing to show up and get tickets and be able to skip the line and go right into the museum. Just perfect.

Nice experience (but keep in mind time scheduled) - It was very convenient to purchase the ticket into the museum on Viator as the tickets on the museum website were sold out & the line to wait for a ticket at the museum would have been hours long. The 2 contact persons were very friendly when we arrived to check in. The check-in point was in front of building down the street from museum. There was an issue with the tickets however when we arrived. We had a 1pm reservation and the museum was sold out of tickets for that time so they needed to give us 1:45pm tickets instead. We were able to adjust our plans and make this work but something to keep in mind when booking that the time you reserve may not be the actual time you get in.

It’s all about David - The highlight is David. Though there are many other statues and paintings David is the main attraction. This was a good one time experience, since how often can you say you’ve seen this masterpiece. Just know there is a replica that you can see for free elsewhere in Firenze. So if you want to see the original then this is for you, if you just want to see a statue that is identical then save your money.

.if you go in the morning... - .if you go in the morning the wait time is 15 to 20 minutes, the lines were much shorter in the afternoon.
