We had walked a lot... - We had walked a lot already that day, so it was very nice to have someone escort us to the museum entrance right at our designated time. Our agent spoke very good English and was very nice, polite and helpful. Great Job!

Review - Beautiful sculptures and of course The David. I've been several times but my husband had only been once. Worth going again. Already crowded in March. Poor Firenze! Be careful walking in the Piazza del Duomo. We were fine as we can move quickly but if you can't stay out of the middle until you have to cross.

Use this tour to skip the line. - Skip the line made it worth it, but this place is small. The only real thing to come see is David, at least for me. There are other statues and the history is cool, but overall this tour is short. We actually didn't stay with the group and just used this tour to skip the line.

Viator Tickets - It was a great experiencing see David but the instructions on the vouchers are different from what actually happens to get the tickets. I think that needs to be updated. It seems a little fishy how you are able to actually get your tickets are waiting on the side of the street to skip the line. The museum is magnificent. We went during the slow season and it was still busy with long lines worth skipping.

Not bad - Skip the line didn’t do much to relive the crowd if anything. Bring headphones. Don’t use the audioguide. It didn’t follow the rooms and one of ours decided to reset to Italian and then quit working. However the art work was fantastic. The David is worth the crowd by itself.

Not for low season - If you are coming in the low season like us in march is not necessary to do this, there was no line at all to buy the tickets, they call us to be 15 min earlier and at the end they even came late, we have our time very limited so it was not ok that they ask to be earlier, its cheaper just to buy your own ticket! If you come in the high season i am sure its better

Had to request a refund - This is not a ticket. It is a voucher for a ticket, which you must redeem at an office across the street — one with no doorbell and no reception desk, just a locked door. In my case, I was unable to reach anyone in that office, and after waiting 30 minutes, I had to request a refund (which is still pending) and go purchase a ticket at the official ticket office in the museum (for less money, by the way). It’s worth noting that my decision to visit this museum was a last-minute one, and I was delighted that I was able to buy a 5pm entry ticket at 4:53pm. Only after purchasing was I informed that the business asks customers to be outside that locked door 10 minutes before entry time, and only after contacting customer service was I told the business closes at 5. If you’re looking for a quick, same-day ticket to see David and the other works in this museum, save yourself time, money and stress, and skip this ticket vendor.
