Chocolate paradise for young and old alike. - I loved my visit DE this chocolate factory EN Switzerland. The tour is very complete, with DE much information on chocolate, its manufacture, its history; and of course, tasting at will! Milk, black, white, vegan, there's EN for everyone. A real pleasure for the taste buds. A great delight for the fountains DE chocolat and the walkway that allows you to observe the production EN live: both fun, educational and very appetizing. The place is suitable for children as well as adults, everyone finds something to enjoy. Note, there is DE room to park easily. Small downside: all explanations are EN German or EN English. Fortunately, it’s very visual so we understand the essentials without problem. Also, a little waiting if you want to make your own tablet, but it is an optional activity. Tip: ENough to book your tickets online to avoid the long line at the ticket office.

Excellent stop after a day of hiking - Excellent activity after a day of hiking and touring! It’s imperative to add in the chocolate bar making activity after the tour.

- Since "Chocolate rhymes with Happiness" (that's the slogan of the company), another visit this spring at the Chocolarium de Flawill, 2 years after a first visit. Almost nothing has changed. Quick passage this time in the “explanatory” part (nature and origins of chocolate ingredients, manufacturing processes...). You have to master English at a minimum – or better yet, German – because almost no information in French. We went back mainly for the views of the production lines. It’s still as impressive to see the endless procession of chocolate bars, all the way through to their individual packaging and then to their packaging or bags. And from the “watching bridge” that overlooks the production workshops, there is always the possibility to taste the mini chocolates Münz and Minor. Passage at the end of the journey in the shop, well stocked with a wide variety of products (sometimes second choice), some promotional offers. A disappointment that still persists in that there were still no large batches of Minor "traditional" hazelnut bars in small or large models! They are made on site... The visit remains very interesting from my point of view because it is impossible to imagine how all these “little” chocolates are made. You must have seen it!

Visit not essential - Nice but classic visit, nothing innovative, see the production line is very interesting nevertheless admission is expensive for what there is to see, 41CHF for two adults and one child. It's all in German and English.

Recommended - It was a very cool experience. There were many exciting stops. Especially the last one where you could create your own chocolate.

Very nice - That's nice. But from the price-performance ratio it is not worth it. Unfortunately, the production was not in operation. The Waiting time after the chocolate design was quite long.

No insight - Disappointing visit – unfortunately no “luck” at the Glücksfabrik We were really looking forward to visiting the Chocolarium, especially the children. The fact that there is no free chocolate is perfectly fine, and the time limit of tickets until 11 am is also understandable. However, there was one unpleasant experience: A person in front of me showed the same QR code as me – he accepted it, I didn’t. The only difference: I'm a foreigner. This led to long discussions, intransigent staff and, in the end, disappointed, crying children. Unfortunately, the boss did not make a very happy impression either and had little to do with the “happiness factory” feeling. In addition, I noticed that it seemed a bit dingy overall – sticky grips, slightly unkempt impression. Conclusion: For us, unfortunately, a disappointing day. We expected more friendliness, fairness and cleanliness.

Rip-off in pure form - We did a tour for CHF16.—. Unfortunately, most of the exhibits were defective. Production did not run, one line in revision and covered the other out of service. Really a cheek, not an experience just frustration. Cannot be recommended.
