A fantastic way to experience how Swiss chocolate is made - Whoever designed this was a genius. This person figured out that if children on a tour are happy, then all adults (including those of us whose children these aren't) are happy. And, conversely, if a child is unhappy, then our experience is lessened. This tour is fun! From the first moment to the last, Munz reinforced the message all aspects of chocolate, from making it to eating, are fun. This is the perfect descriptor for this experience. Bright, consistent graphics. Things for children through adults to enjoy doing and eating. Hands on. Taste buds on. What a fantastic way to experience how Swiss chocolate is made. [And bring the kids.]

Zum das Gluck! - Felt like I was in Willie Wonkas factory. Informative movie first, Chocolate fountains you can taste from, walking above the factory floor with lots of free samples, great store at the end. Everything had english signage. If you love chocolate you NEED to go here.

Chocolate paradise for young and old alike. - I loved my visit to this chocolate factory in Switzerland. The tour is very complete, with lots of information on chocolate, its manufacture, its history; and of course, unlimited tasting! Milk, black, white, vegan, there is something for everyone. A real pleasure for the taste buds. A great crush for chocolate fountains and the walkway that allows you to observe the production live: both fun, educational and very appetizing. The place is suitable for children as well as adults, everyone finds something to enjoy. To note, there is room to park easily. Small downside: all explanations are in German or English. Fortunately, it’s very visual so we understand the essentials without problem. Also, a little waiting if you want to make your own tablet, but it is an optional activity. Tip: remember to book your tickets online to avoid the long line at the ticket office.

Great experience - Great experience, great description from the creation to the end of the product with lots of small sample bites. A small cozy cafe corner made complete to the end.

Visit not essential - Nice but classic visit, nothing innovative, see the production line is very interesting nevertheless admission is expensive for what there is to see, 41CHF for two adults and one child. It's all in German and English.

Recommended - It was a very cool experience. There were many exciting stops. Especially the last one where you could create your own chocolate.

Should be more dynamic - It should be more dynamic, they just put a video in the room and you start your tour, nobody explains anything, you just read what is on the walls and you can try the chocolates. I had high expectations the only thing that saved him was the chocolate tests.

Disappointing - The visit really is not worth the trip. The production line was closed without our knowledge and without any price reduction. It's impossible to taste new products. Chocolate in the shop was much more expensive than Denner..... No special offer except for the cans of breaks without indication of taste. Very disappointed with the asking price.

No insight - Disappointing visit – unfortunately no “luck” at the Glücksfabrik We were really looking forward to visiting the Chocolarium, especially the children. The fact that there is no free chocolate is perfectly fine, and the time limit of tickets until 11 am is also understandable. However, there was one unpleasant experience: A person in front of me showed the same QR code as me – he accepted it, I didn’t. The only difference: I'm a foreigner. This led to long discussions, intransigent staff and, in the end, disappointed, crying children. Unfortunately, the boss did not make a very happy impression either and had little to do with the “happiness factory” feeling. In addition, I noticed that it seemed a bit dingy overall – sticky grips, slightly unkempt impression. Conclusion: For us, unfortunately, a disappointing day. We expected more friendliness, fairness and cleanliness.
