Cold night paranormal - On a cold night in Downtown Flagstaff it was a great night for ghost stories. I live in Phoenix and was visiting Flagstaff for the weekend and thought this tour would be cool and I was right. There was a good mix of ghost to history. My only feedback would be to have more specifics about the people who passed on like their names and stuff. A small thing but takes the experience to another level. I'm a ghost tour junkie, I go on one in every city I visit and the more specific information gives the stories a different feel.

Awesome tour :) - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. We appreciated that we were able to do the tour even though we were the only customers. It was a great way to spend Halloween evening!

Fun Time - Fun experience! The length of time was just right....not too short and not too long! We enjoyed the stories about the two hotels the most.

Do it!! - Really cool tour! Lots of fun and interesting facts about Flagstaff. Tour guide was also very knowledgeable and fun. Not too long and not to short. Perfect tour for going out afterwards.

Spooky Flagstaff - We found our guide, Ree, engaging and a great story teller. Her attire was in character and make-up topped off her persona. She showed us turn off the century hotels that have several unsettled spirits.
We ventured by the local library that used to be a school is now haunted by the janitor. We went by two theaters, one has a lady in white that watches plays and it rains in the basement. And much more...

Super fun and full of creepy stories! - Brian was an excellent guide - we had such a great tour with him! His stories of the various ghosts and the history around the locations made every stop nice and creepy.

A little confused in the story telling - The guide was late, which is fine, but she just didn’t have much of a presence telling the tales of the locations. She was easily distracted and quiet in demeanor - She was very sweet and kind to everyone, but I think she’s a little too soft spoken.

Left after 15 min - Other Ghost Tours specified that we would not be going into any of the sites, but this one didn’t so we booked it thinking we would be going into the haunted sites and it would not be just stories. We ended up leaving after 15 min.

No guide, no tour - Tour guide never showed up. Tried calling multiple times and left a message and got no response. Viator was great at handling a full refund immediately though.
