1. At Fiumicino Airport (FCO): Meet in the arrival terminal lobby, where the driver will hold a sign with the client’s name. When booking, please provide the flight number, arrival time, and the customer’s mobile phone number.
2. At the hotel or B&B in Fiumicino: Meet in the hotel lobby or at the specified address.
3. At the airport, the included waiting time is 1 hour, starting from the landing time.
4. If the flight is delayed by more than 45 minutes, service may not be guaranteed. Please contact our office to check availability. Additional charges may apply.
5. In case of delayed baggage claim or lost luggage and related Lost & Found procedures, please contact our office to check availability. Additional charges may apply.

LUGGAGE
A) Luggage included: One standard suitcase and one handbag per person.
B) Standard suitcase: 704326 centimeters with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms.
