The operator will reach out the day before the car is scheduled for use. Please ensure to provide your LINE ID or WeChat number when placing your order. After reserving, activate the new friend setting so that customer service can contact you promptly.

Upon boarding the car, the driver will take the quickest highway route directly to the hotel without any stops.

Once the pick-up service is ordered, the customer service team will be available to assist you from 8 am to 11 pm Japan time. Should any issues arise, please contact customer service immediately.

If the pick-up flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and a replacement vehicle cannot be arranged, the order can be canceled at no charge. In the event of a flight cancellation or adverse weather conditions, the order can also be canceled free of charge.

In case of a flight delay, notify customer service as soon as possible, ideally before the flight departs. The team will attempt to arrange a vehicle for you. If a replacement is not possible, the order can be canceled at no cost.

If a flight is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances like severe weather, you can cancel the order for free upon providing proof.

The voucher will include the driver’s and vehicle’s details for the day of the trip. To ensure timely confirmation of this information, the voucher will be sent one day prior to the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
