Fine first experience with horses - Lovely family, good food, well trained horses and beautiful views. Sometimes I get used to the Greek sense of humour. But all in all highly recommended. Thank you Gregori and family.

Lovely hosts, Lovely horses, Lovely views and an abundance of good food and wine! - We loved our day in Crete and riding the mountain horses. There were a few very experienced riders but most had little or no experience on horses at all, but Gregory and his daughter selected the appropriate horse for each rider. The ride was fun and the scenery was beautiful, but as much as we enjoyed the ride, our lunch might have been our favorite part. There was an abundance of great food and wine, and our host, Gregory was a hoot! He good naturedly cajoled his guests to keep eating more food and drinking more wine! We wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

We'll be back! - Easy to reach by car, who also wanted with transfer from hotel to ranch. Dear people, great horses, some riding experience you should bring with you in my opinion or have already sat on a horse. We were a group of 14 men with an additional 3 guides on foot. Always on hand for questions or help. Anyone who wanted to could also ride a small gallop track on top of the mountain, but only with experience. The lunch was freshly cooked and very tasty, something for everyone;) . Overall a great experience and gladly again. Lg Michelle and Sharon

Fantastic day with well cared for horses and a tasty meal - Amazing experience. You could tell that Irene and her family really care about the horses your riding, they are well groomed and healthy. Irene even asked for the tour to be an hour earlier to accommodate the horse in the heat later that day. Transfers were included in the price from my hotel which was great. When I got there, I was welcomed with a coffee before the group received some information on how to get on the horses and turn them. Irene's father then hand picked horses out for everyone based on their experience. I had Veronica who was a lovely girl. The ride itself was lovely with gorgeous views. Then when e got back we had lunch cooked by her mum..this was fantastic food and accompanied by home made wine! Irene is very friendly and talks to everyone. She knows about 5 languages too so could speak to most of the group in their native languages which is lovely. A photo is taken at the start with an opportunity to purchase this for 4 euros. I'm not really a fan of photos of myself but the money goes to helping feed the stray cats and dogs around them so I was more than happy to purchase.

Simply great - Super nice ride into the mountains with great views. Very nice family run stable. The father goes to great lengths to choose the right horse for each individual, whether beginner or advanced. Very nice, well-groomed horses with which is handled very caring. After the ride there was a delicious dinner. Transfer also worked out smoothly and on time. A wonderful experience I can only recommend.

Beautiful horses, funny and experienced staff and owners. Highly recommend - Absolutely amazing experience, all horses where lovely and easy to ride. The staff aired people's skill level to the horses and of you where of a high enough skill level you could gallop. I had little experience in recent years and I found it very easy doing the trail with one of the calm horses. The staff where amazing and very funny really knew what they were doing and I felt very safe through the whole experience. Highly recommend

Wonderful!! - Fiorgis and his team are visible people. We were picked up by hotel and were after about 40 min.on the ranch. There we were given riding caps, explained the keeping on the horse and, depending on the travel experience, distributed the animals. My daughter (14), got Garac, I had primacy in the back. We rode with about 17 horses through the mountains, on a plateau was made after 65 min. stop. Everyone was asked if everything was okay, if you wanted to have a drink or if some wanted to ride gallops. My daughter went for a gallop round, I stayed to take photos. After that we went back to the ranch for 65 min. There the horses were taken over, saddled by the staff and taken by us to the box or to the paddock. Then there was a delicious,Greek meal with kaftedakia, chicken souflaki, colorful salad, zazikia, somi (bread) and homemade wine. For dessert plenty of watermelon. My daughter got her own little melon as a gift😊. In the end, the owner himself brought us back to the hotel, incredibly nice and attentive everyone. Thank you very much Lucy+Nina

Could have been better - This could have been 4 stars, except for our pick up was forgotten. We were supposed to be picked up at 8.10, at 8.30 I called and it was clear that they had forgotten, eventually they showed up 45 min late. When it was time to mount the horse, the daughter was quite rude towards me and after that she couldn't care less about me. She was nice and considerate towards others but I was 'air' to her, not very Greek.
