A Compact Informative Tour - Visiting St Andrews for my wife's 60th birthday celebrations I decided to book the walking tour for friends and family to fill part of our day. Our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and despite the poor weather conditions conducted herself in a warm and pleasant manner. We learned a lot in the 90 minutes or so and would recommend to anyone looking for a bit more in-depth knowledge of the town and its history.

Brilliant - The walking tour of St Andrews (with our guide John) was just brilliant. When I initially signed up for it, I thought it was going to be just about the golf course. It covered that but so much more and we were very pleasantly surprised. John was informative, friendly and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and take photos. If you are coming to St Andrews, I highly recommend taking this tour!

Must do tour of St Andrews - Cannot fault this tour. Our guide was very informative and we came away with a very good knowledge of the town’s history and geography. The company could advertise the starting point better though as everyone struggled to find it.

A perfect introduction to St Andrew’s - It was a lovely but blustery day. We met Carol, our guide, at the statue. She was on time and ready when we arrived. Carol was a charming and well-informed tour guide who clearly enjoys sharing her love of the town, its history and the game of golf. The tour was exactly what we expected in a walking tour and we all (even the teenagers) enjoyed the experience. Thank you Carol!

A fascinating tour which we'd definitely recommend. - We would really recommend this tour of St Andrews. We had strolled around the town the previous afternoon but it was only by doing the Tour with Connor that we really appreciated everything which the town has to offer. He was one of the best tour guides we have ever had, being so enthusiastic and knowledgeable not only about the town's history but also about what it is like to live there now.

Perfect use of an hour in St. Andrew’s - My family came to visit me at university and we had a few hours to spare, so we decided to book the tour 10 minutes before it started. What a good decision! Our tour guide, Judith, was friendly and informative, with a high degree of knowledge about St. Andrew’s. Very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend if you want to learn more about the history of St. Andrew’s and why there are ruins everywhere.

St Andrews Tour Highlights - Great 1.5 hours spent with Ken exploring the sights of St Andrews. Ken is very personable and knowledgeable. We would have enjoyed more time on and around the old course but everyone has their own preferences and Ken tries to appeal to all tastes and preferences. Thanks again Ken for a tour I will always appreciate and fondly remember.

Great tour with Ken. - Great tour with Ken in the last week of October 2025. He was clear, articulate, intelligent, well informed and gave a wonderful walk around St. Andrews, showing us the sites, answering our questions, and delivering the history.
