The cooking class is held at Palais Bab Sahra, a traditional Moroccan palace situated in the heart of the medina, near the central square of the Blue Gate. The day kicks off with a shopping trip to a local souk in the vibrant city of Fez.
Participants can learn to cook a variety of dishes, with popular choices among tourists including different types of tagine (such as chicken tagine with olives, meat and vegetable tagine, and meat with prunes). At the end of the lesson, a selection of salads is served alongside the prepared dishes, accompanied by seasonal fruits and Moroccan tea, as well as mineral water.

The best experience I had - I had a very good experience seeing how traditional Moroccan bread is made and I have also participated taking the bread to the oven and seeing how it is made and it is a wonder all this I hope you have the opportunity to participate in this thanks all you who have taught me this cerium.

Best experience - In Restaurante palais bab sahra fez medina here you can learn how to make a morocain healthy bread ..first they teach you how to preparing bread from forst step to last step..all preparing in natural thing flour and cooking in traditional horn in medina..
It is really a good experience we hace do it..i recomand this place for peoples interesting in that..

Excellent experience - The experience was very interesting because they teach you how Moroccan bread is prepared from the first stage of preparing the bread dough to bring it to a traditional oven inside the medina
And of course they offer you a Moroccan tea with bread and sweets....

A super tasty and rich kind of bread that you will find only in the south west of Morocco in Fès Medina, especial in the best restaurant BAB SAHRA .
