A magnificent experience - We want to sincerely thank our guide, who came to pick us up directly at our give (not Riyadh! 😄) and accompanied us during an unforgettable experience in the medina of Fez. For five hours, we discovered not only fascinating and history-filled corners, but also the warmth and human quality of many people we met. Our guide was always attentive, close and very professional, which made the tour enjoyable, enriching and very special. On the less positive side — but also part of the trip — some of the stops in stores may feel a little forced, with some pressure to shop. Still, it was interesting to see the craftsmanship up close and learn more about the local culture. In short: a magnificent experience, thanks to a guide who was able to accompany us with great tact, knowledge and sympathy. Thanks for everything! If we come back, we'll repeat.

Beautiful discovery of Fez - Beautiful discovery of the medina of Fes with Kahlid who introduced us to the different characteristics of the neighborhoods. Good explanations avoiding too touristy places as much as possible. Well-paced visit. Excellent availability with even an extra the next day to allow the visit of the earthenware cooperative that was closed the day before. Proposals that meet our wishes and information so that we can then visit solo. Nice accompaniment, thank you Kahlid.

Fantastic tour with nice tour guide - Managed to organize a tour very spontaneously which could fulfill all of our expectations. After getting lost in the Medina and after experiencing some attempts to scam us, we decided to look for a tour guide. We received this number and got a tour 15 minutes later! Fair pricing, informative and interesting insights in the medina/all the important parts you should have seen!

Disappointing on many levels. - I was disappointed with this tour. The tour guide spike very little english and even less french so communication was difficult. The first half of the tour was spent visiting artisanal shops for the sole purpose of having you buys goods from the shops. After telling my guide I had missed breakfast and wanted to grab a quick bite from a vendor, he told me we would be stopping for food shortly. 3 hours later and he dumps me at a tourist restaurant( with tourist pricing) for an hour while he goes and prays. After the rest of the tour, he tries to leave me in the middle of the medina( a literal labyrinth) to find my way back. When I asked him to walk me a short distance to the main artery, he got prissy but accepted to walk me a bit.
