The guide that knows everything! - Our guide was very knowledgeable. He is from Fes and it shows. He knows everything and every one. He took us to the best place with reasonable prices. He was very helpful even helped solve an issue in the evening with a bad restaurant. 10/10. Really good guide and good person.

I never really leave reviews for things when they work out as expected, but .... - I never really leave reviews for things when they work out as expected but I had to leave a review for this company. I booked this tour and on the day of the trip the guide showed up on time to my hotel. After a short greeting my wife became suddenly ill. I informed the guide we will not be able to continue with the tour. I tipped him and told him it was completely our fault and would not try to cancel or get a refund. Later that same afternoon someone from the company called and asked how she was feeling. When I told him she was feeling better he offered to send another guide and complete the tour. A short time later he showed up and we completed the tour. I was so impressed by this action I felt compelled to write this review. This company had no obligation to send another guide and furnish another tour due to the fact they did everything they were supposed to do in the first place. I apologize I don't remember the names of the people we dealt with, it was a hectic trip. The tour was excellent and well worth the money. I believe the second man who called and then came back and conducted the tour was the owner or manager, but I'm not 100% sure and don't want to be mistaken. I can't recommend this company enough.

Our guide, Abdul, is very... - Our guide, Abdul, is very attentive and caring to my mom who is not very good at walking long distances or steep stairs. He adjusted the pace of the trip yet still able to finish all the sightseeing spots as promised. Enjoy the mint tea time so much! Thanks again for the great time.

Wonderful day in Fez - We had a very nice guided tour of the medina! There was a lot to see: traditional bakeries, various crafts, great mosques and of course the tannery, as well as many other exciting and interesting details of the city. Truly a Local Experience - Abdellatif Maskine (guide) was an older man who had lived in Fez his whole life, knew every derb, and was amazing at getting me into private places, behind closed doors, rooftops, bakeries, shops, special tastings. Fascinating, educational, and our favorite tour - What a amazing tour. In all of our time in Morocco, this tour was made special mostly because of how wonderful our tourguide, Abdul, was! In the beginning, Abdul asked if there was anything specific we wanted to buy or see. We are traveling only with backpacks so we didn't buy much as far as souvenirs, but came more to learn and eat great food. The Medina in Fez is larger, but less chaotic than in Marrakech. This allowed Abdul to really teach us about his way of life. Abdul showed us some of the best places to eat and sample so many foods. However, I learned how they do their metal working, leather, colored clothing/silk, and how they make their beautiful carpets! I loved this day so much! Abdul dedicated his day to make our memeories truly special. I used Viator and Whatsapp to contact him the night before our tour to confirm location pickup.

Fes Medina Experience - Good experience in Fes Medina. It's complicated going by yourself, very easy to get lost. We're glad to had our guide which gave us detailed explanation not just of the Medina but also about the city.
