Very good value for money, warm and responsible! - Very responsible local guide, very enthusiastic to introduce us to local events, very respectful of our opinions. Always concerned about our progress and sense of experience during our travels, asking us every day how we are today, if we need help, and if we need help, feel free to contact him, no matter what time. All the drivers and guides on the trip were also very, very good, sincere and thoughtful. In short, it was a really, really great experience!

Great experience. - Abdejalil, from Tarboosh Travel, is super nice, kind and honest. He was great at communication and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The driver that was provided - Said - for Sahara dessert tour was great. He was friendly, talked and explained about things on the way, explained some of the history and culture of the Amazigh people. We did have an issue with the car not working and had to skip one of the visits to get to the hotel at a decent time - not Said’s fault. Said did everything he could to get it fixed at the soonest. The rose valley hotel we stayed at was not upto our expectations. There were cleanliness issues - found strands of hair on the pillows. Also, the room was very small. Also, for anyone who wants to spend more time in Sahara or at the attractions, this tour is not recommended as the stops are short and limited to ensure they stay on track with the itinerary.

Best experience and fantastic travel agency (Tarboosh Travel) - Can’t recommend this travel agency enough! Abdejalil, from Tarboosh Travel, is super nice, kind and honest. Everything he said, was delivered. He stayed in touch throughout the trip to make sure everything was going according to plan, and it sure did! Great camping with private tent and bathroom. Superb experience for sure! The Hotel at Ouarzazat was great too. And the our driver (Mohamed) was beyond fantastic! He was a great driver and a superb guide. He kept explaining everything we saw and giving us data on Morocco’s daily life. 10/10! Thank you so much!!!

Best Service Ever! - Our 3 day trip to the desert was outstanding! Every few hours we stopped at interesting spots. Tarboosh's advise was always spot on there and in Chefchaouin. He had excellent follow up and provided the best drivers. We loved Tarek. Thank you to everyone at Tarboosh Travel, when we come again, we will use you again!

Recomendable 100% - We took the tour last minute and everything super well organized. We didn't have to worry about anything, just enjoying it as they take care of everything. The night in the desert was wonderful. Berbers are very fun and speak many languages so I created a close-knit multicultural group. The visits to the canyons, the film studios, Aita Ben Hadoou... were very interesting. Recommended 100% organize it with them.

Excellent agency - Everything was perfect Communication: when booking the tours, after booking them, once in Morocco and during the trip. It was clear for me since the beginning that Tarboosh was a serious agency with very nice people that only want to offer a good service. The tour was as agreed, everything was incredible and on time. Our guide/van driver Jamal was amazing always with an smile, answering questions and a good driver! Price was fair and quality/cost relation is more than convenient. If I was not clear enough yet: I totally recommend this agency for your tours in Morocco!!!

Terrible experience. Agency not recommended - Bad experience. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. I had done this tour the wrong way with another agency last year and it was a wonderful experience. I can compare and it's been a big mistake to contract with this agency. We booked the tour in Spanish. Nothing to do with it. It was done in English and as a solution we were told that is why we had the Google translator. We understand English and it was not necessary the translator but it is not about that, it is about that was not what was hired. Before starting the trip the person who accompanied us to the departure point told us that we had to say that the trip had cost us more than we had paid, which was not a little..., we were a little puzzled because we did not understand why he asked us to lie about that question since the prices are on the Tripadvaisor website. These types of comments are already a notice of who is hired... The Zaida stop, on the first day, marked on the itinerary was not realized, the driver stopped at another roadside restaurant that was really disgusting. It was all dirty, the buffet only had scraps of food looking sorry and we were charged €12. Unpresentable place. I have to say that the stay with the Berbers was great and I am sure that it went so well because it was not up to the agency. The only thing they didn't organize that depended on the Berbers was what was worth it. On the second day, according to the itinerary we should have stopped at Todgha Gorge 55', it was 15' and the driver drove us, so we did not see the beginning and could not walk through the throat. The remaining time of the stipulated led us to a carpet shop where we were 40’...it is not a receipt to miss the visit to the throat for a carpet sale. At the store, I told the driver what was wrong with the Throat and he said, “this is the Todra” I hallucinated!! I showed him last year's picture telling him no, that he knew perfectly well where we should go and that he was teasing us. It was for this reason that he made us the 15’ I am sure that if I do not tell him, he does not take us. The stop at El Kelaa M’ gouda did not. We should have visited a rose-mining cooperative and it never came out. I rebuked him that he was not following the itinerary at the roadside bar where he stopped us for lunch and also indicated that he had suggested a shift system in the van since, specifically, my friend and I were always separated and to please manage it. What she did was tell the rest of the group that “the Spaniard” wanted to move them from their seats. Hearing him I told him what he was up to! That that wasn’t fair, that he had exposed me to the rest of the group and that I was just asking to rotate as he had suggested. Not content to leave me embarrassed was where a cameo in the bar who spoke a little Spanish and, I don't know what he said, but he came like a madman to tell me that if I had problems with the driver I would go to Marrakech!! Unbelievable. He left me out of the game but I reacted by telling him who he was to talk to me like that and that if, all right, I was going to Marrakech, to organize it and give me the money back because I had been offended and the trip was proving a scam. Then it's down and well, come on, no, no, no, no Marrakech. Given the situation, I contacted the person organizing the trip and, he said that yes, that he was right but that I talked to the rest of the travelers to rotate, etc...how? Me? I don't think it's my place... We got to Ouarzazate. We had asked in hiring room with separate beds, we insisted on detail. They said yes. We arrived and were assigned single bed. We complained and to solve it they made an Italian couple leave their room and put us in. One bed was dignified but the other was a cot of bad death not commensurate with a dignified and not equal rest with the other bed. On the third day the return to Marrakech was meteoric and I almost have to say good thing... He was stopped by the police, I imagine because he was constantly with his mobile and maybe they saw him. They looked at the passengers and I was covered up, they asked me to see if I had a seat belt, I showed it and it didn't happen anymore but the driver rebuked me like they had stopped us because of me.....good thing the Italian couple told him he wasn't right!! In Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou there are two ways to enter, free of charge by the Bridge and paying by the river. The driver did not warn us about this and left us in the one that he had more comfort, in which we had to pay... I knew it but the detail would have been appreciated. At 13:00 we were in Marrakech and finally the horror of travel ended. It is a shame that the lack of professionalism and inattention makes 3 days of vacation an ordeal. Especially the scam of defaulting on visits....I insist that everything that had nothing to do with the Berbers and the desert was a real fiasco. There are more travel options so I recommend not contracting with this company. My experience last year was incredible so I confirm that there are agencies that comply with the requirements. In fact, we took so much time from the visits on the tour that we arrived in Marrakech back at 20:00 h and on this trip, by 13:00 we had already been dropped off at the different hotels. A scam, a bad time and a lousy trip.
